I got a virgin relaxer from Miss Deanna Love and she was phenomenal! My hair is super soft and done perfectly in a timely manner. The salon is bright, beautiful, and full of good energy. Highly recommend!

Salon PK is one of the best salons in Jacksonville. All the staff is courteous and professional. My stylist Jasmyne is awesome. She does shampoo and condition, color, treatment and style. I have never been disappointed. I absolutely love her and recommend her to everyone.

I enjoyed everything about my appointment! The customer service from all the staff was excellent. Pekela was very knowledgeable and did a flawless install of her Tru-Part wig, a very natural looking wig that she customized for me, and gave me suggestions to improve the condition of my hair.I will definitely be back! If I could leave ZERO stars I would, I am so hurt and stressed because my hair was cut uneven. DO NOT BOOK JASMYNE FOR A TRIM I went to JASMYNE to get my hair trimmed and put in a flexirod set, where she washed and blow dried my hair before adding the flexirod. She asked me to look at my hair once she was done trimming, and it looks a tad bit shorter on one side, but nothing completely noticeable to me at the time. She went on to talk about how she would never cut someone's hair wrong purposely and how she takes pride in this because she had a bad experience with her hair being cut too short. Even though she was working on 3 heads at once that day, she was able to put my flexirods in and I was overall pleased with the service. UNTIL I got home and washed my hair a couple of weeks later and noticed that once my hair had shrunk back to its original state and wasn't curly with the flexirod set. Jasmyne cut 2 INCHES OFF MY HAIR!!!!! And to make matters worse, it was only on one side. I have inserted pictures here. What's worse is that she knew she messed up and didn't even attempt to correct it. Please make sure you are weary of who you go to and watch the work they are I doing on your hair carefully. This was my first time going to this salon and I regret choosing this salon completely.

Unfortunately I never got my hair done. The stylist ghosted me and then wouldn't refund my deposit. Thankfully I found another hair stylist to take care of me.
