The Truth is hard to speak about. The abuse, degradation, corupt staff, theft of personal belongings are indescribable. I had out patient surgery to repair a abdominal hernia and was attacked by a staff member the reason ? I walked through the lobby without permission. She yelled " Boy " I replied what to which she said " Who the Hell do you think your talking to " to which I replied " Who do you think your talking to " and walked on. She then charged me with intent to assault. She was restrained by no less than 3 people. I was pulled away by a by stander .I spent the rest of the night vomiting blood because of the surgery I had less than 24 hours before. I called 911 and the Cop refused to make a Police report and laughed in my face. Welcome to the Towers Center 900 West Adam's St.

The professor there is very rude and let the group get out of hand & disrespect each other I can’t wait to finish case plan class with this place I hate it. The classes needs to be ran by someone else because the Mr. Jackson is very not professional

The staff/officer that is over batterers intervention classes are very rude and uses their authority is a negative way. They way that they speak to the men is terrible, I mean I get that they were in jail or even committed true crimes but people can change but not when others miss use their authority.They really need to do better.
