I called there looking for a Veteran Liason, both women I spoke to customer service was the poorest I have ever encountered. As a veteran I was very disappointed very unprofessional.

This is so sad there’s a friend of mine just called about getting help and assistance. There’s a winter storm coming and the lady on the phone said they don’t have any funds now she’s out in the street in the. Cold
Why is these places receiving help but they’re not there to help people😪

Miscommunication beyond belief
Was told they can back pay what we owe on rent just for them to turn around at later date and say oh we can just pay for one month.

My case worker is doing a great job along with the other staff in helping me find housing. The other staff from the kitchen to maintence are professional in there job , great place to be while transitioning to housing.

Turned us away yesterday and turned us away today. Apparently this is not a emergency shelter. They dnt take in people. The referrals say they do but is a LIE from HELL
