This used to be my favorite thrift store. The prices were usually pretty reasonable, especially on half off clothing day, which is now no longer happening! They have switched to a colored tag system like Goodwill. I’ve noticed there is a new manager, and since she came, things have quickly gone downhill. The employees are still kind, but the prices have skyrocketed. In what world would I pay 12.99 for a used Walmart brand dress? I could buy it new for a few more dollars from Walmart. Ratty old t-shirts marked 4.99. Walmart leggings marked 8.99 for something used! Even the decor and houseware items have drastically increased. I’m not paying the price of something new from a used thrift store. I understand the economy sucks, but that’s an even bigger reason for thrift store pricing to remain affordable. I can go to the Dillards outlet in regency around the corner and buy brand new, name brand clothing for 4.99. I like to thrift for the reduce/reuse aspect for the environment, but it seems this isn’t the place to go anymore.

I love shopping here I always find what I need but today the guy that checked me out was rude, I’m a black woman and He was fine with the white woman in front of me and when I came up he didn’t look me in my face and couldn’t put my receipt in my hand when I was holding my hand out he just sat it on the counter and didn’t say anything else, didn’t say have a good day or nothing, just bad customer service

Super bad service from the people who serve, especially the lady who is at the checkout on the left with short hair, she doesn't help you at all, she is very arrogant and doesn't offer you any help at all, I don't want to go back to that store.

We appreciate that the salvation army accepts donations. More people should be trying to recycle or buy used items. The store that is attached to the donation center is full of furniture, HomeGoods, men's women's and children's clothing, luggage, and just about anything you could think of. The items are priced very low and for someone just starting out, buying used items is probably the way to go. If you make a donation of your items, they will give you a receipt to use as a text deduction.

I have. Been coming to both stores for about 10 years/ There was a time when the prices s were extremely high and then they must have changed personnel as the pricing as it is now has become more reasonable . At one time there were people who grabbed whole shopping carts full of merchandise got out their phones to see how much things were selling for on line and compared values. Then they left piles of merchandise on the furniture they didn’t want and the store workers had to remove it. The stores are always clean and the cashiers are ALWAYS friendly and wonderful. And it’s great they have Half 4 seniors Mondays and half for all on clothes on Wednesdays God Bless them all Happy Hollidays!!!!

I like this Thrift store. You can find some great deals but some items are grossly over-priced. They had small purse for $20 today. Went to Walmart and bought a medium purse for $25 brand new. It is a good spot to find furniture though. Got a chair for my living room for $80 and it is so comfy. Just beware the guy they refer you to for delivery. I needed a large chair and ottoman delivered less than 3 miles away and he wanted to charge me $80.00 for maybe 15 minutes of work, delivery to the first floor of my house (so no stairs) and $2.00 worth of fuel in his vehicle. No thanks. That's how much the chair cost.

I really truly love shopping here, I am a former hoarder and I just like to pick up things and put them back it’s a part of my AA rlly… I use to go every other day and now it’s been months since I’ve been back because of the treatment. When I was in there with my friends immediately I was being followed and watched like they were scoping my bag and the black guy that usually wears a all black baseball cap, and glasses he made a sarcastic remark with a customer about me looking at the Cds, I didn’t appreciate that because I am not a criminal!!!!! and it’s a freaking thrift store following ppl in a thrift store is ABSURD everything y’all get is donated. and also the guy with glasses who works there opened the dressing room door on me thankfully I was fully dressed and he just stood there for a while looking at me creeping me out and I was like 0_0 cause why did he take so long to close the door back? and then another guy admitted to watching me who works there and was making comments on my child like clothes and made me feel extremely uncomfortable… and when I don’t buy things BECAUSE I AM A RECOVERING HOARDER THEY MAKE REMARKS AND SAY NOTHING TODAY?!? I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT THAT AND I DONT APPRECIATE HOW IVE BEEN TREATED… I DO NOT WANT TO BE FOLLOWED AND WATCHED IN MY LOCAL THRIFT STORE ITS UPSETTING TO FEEL THIS WAY

Every time I come to drop off donations there’s a man there that is unwilling to help unload… And also seems super lazy won’t even come out to give me a receipt, Despite the fact that I have A baby in the car and I’m clearly alone. The only reason it gets two stars is because it is open quite often.

Everyone working at this Salvation Army is friendly, helpful, recognizes you when you come in the door and makes you feel right at home and welcome. Totally enjoy going here to relax and find treasures.

Went today. First there’s always people waiting in there the entire day for new stuff to come out. Not a problem I guess but when those people are putting stuff all around the store so no one else can get it; it’s annoying and shouldn’t be allowed
On top of that they hold all good stuff for certain people. Unauthorized ppl who don’t work there are helping to put the new stuff out so they can be first to get anything worth buying.
I seen with my own eyes one of the workers bring out 3 bins of shoes for one lady and when I go over there all of a sudden none of these shoes are for sale because they “ don’t have prices on them”. Well how did these 3 bins of shoes magically make their way out of the back room to the sales floor? And why was one person only able to look at them?
I completely stopped going to that store because theres clearly favoritism in that store.
If you want anything worth buying just follow the two Asian brothers who stay in there all day with masks on around the store.
