I'm just womdering why are you charging sales tax when in fact all the merchandise on sale were donated. I had donated several times before and also my wife is patronizing at the same time but i was shock when i saw the receipt with sales tax on it. So much for a non-profit organization entity like you that also charging sales tax on donated items.

The prices here are crazy? A broken TV (not even a flat-screen, an OLD tv) for 39.99? And a smaller (less than 5ft tall) sized bookshelf for $200 with obvious signs of wear and tear? That's all I'll say 😂

Lots to see here, but not the most accessible to anyone on a wheelchair or using a walker.

I'm worried about the staff that work here. You walk in and it IMMEDIATELY reeks of mildew. The building definitely has mold. Most of the clothes are dirty, also smell like mildew, and are just flat out damaged. $12 for a dress with a hole in it you have GOT to be kidding me. This place makes goodwill look spotless

I have always had good experiences at this store, both with the employees and the items/ presentation of the store. Until today, when a short, white male employee made sexual uncomfortable comments about my 14 year old sister to a coworker of his as she walked by, then doubled down and repeated those comments to her face less than 15 minutes later. I think this gentleman needs to reevaluate the job he has chosen, as well as how to conduct himself in a professional, public environment. Unfortunately I do not have this man’s name, but I will not be returning to this location.

Best Salvation Army around! EVERYTIME I come in to this location, staff greets me with a big smile and a wave. Let me name drop some of the many employees who stand out to me. There is an employee by the name of James that works at this location. He’s such a great employee who is always very helpful and friendly. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for years and I’m so impressed with his incredible customer service. Another employee that stands out to me is miguel. He is always very friendly and outgoing. They both deserve a raise!!! But all in all this Salvation Army is amazing. All staff is so sweet and the store is always kept incredibly clean. By far my favorite Salvation Army in the area!!!

This location was okay, found some cute things, but this store is really expensive...more than Goodwill which is really saying something. Also, for starters there are random carts around sometimes for customers to go through before items are put up, I found this cart full of jackets, I saw a really cute vintage Harley Davidson jacket, noticed that the tag said $0, i was going to take the jacket and this random man passive aggressively informed me that it was his. I felt horrible for a sec because I thought he worked at this location, I promptly apologized and said "I'm so sorry I thought you worked here." When I walked away, the manager was having a casual convo with this man and said he does work here. This man guard dogged this jacket for 30 to 40 minutes and the manager was giving him items from the back, I saw the jacket waiting at the register up front away from customers eyes...or so they thought, very sketchy. So if you wonder why 70 % of their items kinda suck and there aren't a lot of good things on the floor, well I guess we know why now ?. ALSO, last thing, got some high value shoes for 4.99 each... Y'all may want to pay attention to the stuff you set out on the floor instead of the corruption you set up in the back, be careful, people like me might actually get good deals, caught y'all slippin.

What a great accidental find while waiting to get my eyeglasses repaired down the highway! They had several beautiful very nice pieces of furniture. I came to find pots for my plants and frames for my awards and I found both!!! They have quite a few bikes and I was surprised to see nice cars.

The best salvation by far in Jax. Very corrupt though; employees lately literally walk up to certain ppl and put everything everyone wants in their cart. It’s blatant and not even hidden. You don’t have a fair chance to get anything worth getting because they manually deliver anything possibly good to those who wait near the back room and they leave it to them to put whatever they don’t want back.
You can find cool gems here and there but that’s only because their favorite customers didn’t want it first and passed on it

Great job Salvation Army for keeping the cost down at this store, keeping the store cleaned, organized, great staffs, stocking up items, and the bathroom looking decent. Love the sales on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is my favorite store
