I've literally never come across a more caring and knowledgeable staff. Saturiwa from the name to the products bring in history and culture. I am a huge fan of the spice blends they create. Not only can you get some of the best caviar on the market but things like golden chanterelles, fresh white truffle, and a variety of exotic meats and produce. As a private Chef this place has saved my butt too many times. Love Saturiwa and everything it stands for.
