I went to Sephora to smell a few fragrances. I was repeatedly asked if I needed help by several employees and it made me feel uncomfortable. It’s annoying when you’re trying to shop and it seems like you’re being watched or forced to engage with employees . I left and went to Ulta and bought the fragrance I wanted .

Nice and convenient store where you can find almost all you need for skin care and makeup. Impressive logistics to make the checking out efficient and fast, especially at this time of the year: Christmas.

This is the only Sephora store I go to, and the staff is so friendly. They’re always asking if I need any help, and if I do, they’re always happy to help. They’re enthusiastic and friendly. The costumer service is great too even when there’s a rush of people. What I don’t like is the amount of 10 year olds coming into Sephora and ruining all the makeup products. They’re rude and always take a lot of the products that I want to buy. I wish there was a rule that had an age limit in order to buy products at Sephora…oh well. Otherwise great makeup store!

I attempted to return a completely unused powder I purchased for my wedding, again it was completely unused. They would not pull up my purchase in their system. I showed them proof of my purchase on my credit card statement. They refused to refund me my money and forced me to settle for a gift card. They want nothing to do with giving your money back even though I had proof of purchase and an unused product to return. Very unfortunate and poor business practice.

Warning to to fellow Instacart Shoppers. I shopped here recently, and the store was great. My card, both physical and digital was rejected over and over. The manager said it was an Instacart issue. I should have listened. Sephora responded to my review, even though the problem seemed to lie fully with Instacart. I'm a guy, not one to shop there for myself, but the responsiveness of the staff is great. Even if it's not their issue, they do their best to help. Thanks so much!

Manager is very rude and condescending. I needed to exchange an item that I had proof of purchase (it was a gift) and she didn’t care to help and kept sighing after every question I had. I ended up leaving and coming back another day and getting help from an older lady that was super sweet. I was able to exchange my items and will now go to Ulta for all my needs. It was the weekday manager, didn’t catch her name but she is awful.

NOEMI did a great job today. That was the best, and most comfortable experience I’ve had at Sephora.
She literally helped me find the perfect match in every type of product I was looking for. Unbelievable on how she was able to match the products to what I wanted so quick.
Im picky about my makeup and usually stick to the same brands, but she pointed me in the right direction to new brands. I was literally shrieking from excitement lol.

I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been a costumer at this location for over 2 years,and have never been treated like this. i was not welcomed in the store. then i asked for help and was "helped" by this atrocious looking woman named Lauren. i asked for her to shade match me and she gave me the completely wrong shade. please fire her. DO NOT COME HERE!!

We were greeted at the door by Laura Martinez smock. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She helped me and my friend find the fragrances that worked well with me. She’s an outstanding employee and extremely friendly and courteous.
