I live in the area and this was a closer option to me however the Staff is always rude either on their cell phones and ignoring customers or they are in the back of the store in a room not available to check customers out, the cashier was so rude this morning Corprate received a call due to her lack of any customer service skills she sat there on her phone rude and disrespectful and unwilling to help with a question. Please hire people who understand customer service

Asked BECKY the cashier to switch out Advil for Tylenol for my pregnant girlfriend BEFORE I paid & she said NO! This cashier has a horrible attitude and doesn’t belong at the RIVERSIDE location. She gave us dirty looks and bad vibes. I told her to have a “better day” because she definitely hates her life.

THE single most RUDE attendant ever this evening! He refused to sell me gas and said I should not return! The problem stemmed from not being able to charge gas! I guess they don't realize trying to pay a jackass at a window also doesn't work! SeeYa!!!

This trashy place has the rudest, non caring folks about this business that I have ever encountered. They seem to have a problem with white folks. They don't like it when you have an issue that they might have to exsert themselves to fix. Go somewhere else that appreciates your business and you won't risk bring mugged....where did you ever think these kind of employees should work in customer service with zero people skills ?

Don't ever shop here. I went there this evening at 11 o'clock at night. You have to go to the window. They don't let you inside. The short skinny black gentleman that worked the window was extremely rude. So I said no. You can't help me and he said good. So I don't know who runs this store but I will never shop there. And I'm a manager at a company, and I'll make sure everybody that works for me knows that. There's a gas station right down the road on park. The lady that works there is really nice. And check this out, you get to go inside the store at night.
