The worst shell gas station I ever been to. For months now, they only have one working gas pump and very unprofessional staff. I don’t recommend coming here, even just for gas.

Regular customer and will not return after making the trash cans unavailable. They are too lazy to take the trash out so they deny you using their trash cans and blame it on Amazon drivers even though they are also paying customers. Will not return here and will urge others to not use this gas station. Pure laziness and hate at this gas station.

Horrible owner . I’m pumping gas and throwing little bit of trash out . The guy literally took his time to run up to me to say “YOU” are not allowed to throw trash away .. crazy !! good thing we have multiple gas satiation everywhere

Wish I would have read the reviews before getting gas there. Premium gas is $5.50/gal. Never in all of Jacksonville have I ever paid anything close to $5/gal in gas. They only advertise the regular gas on the billboard which is $3.29. It was my fault for not double checking before gassing up and assuming but seems intentional and underhanded. Please NEVER get gas there. There's literally a gas station across the street with normal prices. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESSES!

I have no idea why this station always (literally, ALWAYS) has prices that are 50+ cents higher than every gas station in town. I rarely see anyone getting gas. Gee, I wonder why. The level of economic ignorance is astounding.

The owner and clerks are very helpful and knowledgeable, they are very kind. The problem here is that the gas prices never change at this location, how can a gas price with them be at 3.79 and across the street be 3.09-3.19.this us absolutely ridiculous

HORIBBLE RUDE AND A BULLY - I waited at the pump for 4 min for cashier to approve purchase. Went inside to ask to turn pump on and walked back out. A si noticed the price gauging and still waiting for service, cashier walked outside and proceeded to berate me. $5.29/gallon was ridiculous to be treated that way, especially

Specifically went to a shell to use a giftcard. Was told it was not a shell station by the owner and refused to take the giftcard. Even though everywhere it is advertised as a shell station and they even have a lit up neon shell sign. If they aren’t a shell station SHELL should sue them for using their name and logo

Waited outside for 20 mins after the person inside had a back in 15 mins sign on the door. I knocked repeatedly and he finally came outside. When he opened the door he was mad that I was knocking after it had been longer than the stated time. Time is money and people have things to do, if you can't do you basic job then leave. :) I asked if he was open or not since the store was closed for longer, and he told me to leave while yelling at me along with a homeless man who called me a bitCħ while having no idea or being present for the entire situation. Poor service and lazy rude energy, and buddy yelled at me the entire time, not letting me even ask or explain talking over me because you're embarrassed is sad mr. This is America. If you can't do you job carry on somewhere else. Don't put a sign on the door that says 15 mins and not do your job!!! Clown show. Multiple people came up to the door for business. I'll be back. He was so mad that he knew he was in the wrong no accountability. Weak.
