Bathrooms were very clean with an automatic wave option to open door.
We pulled in because the advertised price on Google was cheaper than other gas stations.
Only 1 diesel pump with 2 dispensers between 2 other gas pumps, doesn't make sense. We had to wait for people parking at pumps to go in and purchase things before we could get our diesel.
Price per gallon was listed 20 cent less on Google maps within 50 minutes of our arrival, it went up.
Staff was nice and the location just off the highway.
Publix right across the street!

Terrible service! Receipt didn’t print so I had to go inside. 4 employees behind registers and only 1 register was open. I just need a receipt but the woman told me I had to stand inline since only 1 register is open. Of course, I just left and will not be visiting any shell in the future! Just a simple ask and it would have been even better if it just printed at the pump! Terrible!

the price of the gas is right compare to others gas station.
the lady in the front register think shes doing a favor to costumer. so mean. she need another job or shell need somebody else that would love to do this kind of work

This is my Togo to gas station in Arlington. I have been coming to the store since 2000 and I love it. The workers that work there are very polite. I go in there to drink coffee from time to time. The store manager and the Deli manager are the Bomb diggity. Mr Charles, Ms Lisa, Ms Linda, Ms Amber, Ms Kayla, Ms Asia, Ms Whitney, The Deli Boss( I forgot her name), and Ms Glo are some hellified workers when it comes to rushes and customer service. I seen them all in action and I love it.

I usually come here once a week for gas. I came today and one of the workers said the system was not working. Yet I used the app and seem to work. I saw someone pumping gas. I left with no gas. I had to go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I do not know why shell would hire people who hate their lives and not want to be there, staff was super rude( his name was Austin) unprofessional, made me be skipped in line for no reason. Hire employees that actually want to be there!! Hoping Austin figured out how to be a happier person, the other younger woman had to get up from her break I assume to please that guy. Super sad!!
