I do not know why shell would hire people who hate their lives and not want to be there, staff was super rude( his name was Austin) unprofessional, made me be skipped in line for no reason. Hire employees that actually want to be there!! Hoping Austin figured out how to be a happier person, the other younger woman had to get up from her break I assume to please that guy. Super sad!!

Worst car wash I’ve been to in a long time. Most of the sprayers don’t work, minimal soap, and all that on the highest option available. Extremely disappointed. My car might be dirtier than it was when I came in here. DON’T GET A CARWASH HERE.

I pulled in to Fillmy tank up with gas because it was $2.74 on sign , date 09/13/2021, time was was 16:28:23 pump #1 I looked at receipt it said 3.09 per gallon went inside , lady I spoke to was Sherri, she said she did a price increase while I was at pump. I ask her to adjust my bill she said there was nothing she could do. I ask for her general manager s name she said she was the general manager and she couldn’t help me. Then I ask for Her district managers name she said she could not give that out. The lady behind me that was leaving the store said you are right I paid $2.74. I have an email of Kinsey4@me .com. I would appreciate an email back from a district manager . Do not get gas here, this was my first time and my last.

Just come to the Dailys shell gestation and I ask the morning cashier her name( Kiara )on respectful way like hey can I have 2 pack of sigeret please she gives me bad looking face and she don't even answer and after I pay she don't even says have a good oneI'm not going to go back to this placeBad people working there 1 ☆

While buying gas, I usually never go inside the store to make a purchase. But, this store is very well organized, clean and they offer a lot to the hungry or thirsty consumer. The employees are 110% doing their jobs in a very polite and efficient way. I highly recommend you check the indispensable of the store out. Gas Pumps:always clean and open. They also have an air machine for your tires as well. I have not used it, so I don't know if it is free air or if there is a charge to use it. In my opinion, AIR should be FREE at all stores.

Sherri is the best worker you could ever have! She cares about the customers And goes out of the way to help them with any problem they might have more than Any other worker I’ve met in the past few years. What ever y’all are paying her, triple it because she’s worth it!!!!!!!! Thanks again Sherri, I wouldn’t be home without your help

This is the only Shell I've ever had to struggle with the card reader after putting my Fuel Rewards pin in. It isn't just one pump either. "Reached max swipe limit" after only swiping my card once... Update those PLEASE.

Stopped in to fill up using my rewards card. I was paying cash. I went inside to use Rewards card. This trip I was due .10 discount per gallon. While waiting in line, I observed the customer before me. He was being helped at one cash register. Something seemed to be causing a problem, so transaction was completed @ adjacent register. As the transaction was being completed, a voice from behind me said to cashier, "You only gave me $4, when it $5 for gas." The cashier (who was to be helping me next) goes ahead to refund the owner of the voice behind me. That was so wrong on many levels, but the important one is THAT PERSON WASN'T NEXT IN LINE!! I WAS!! I handed the cashier $20 and said, "I need $20 on pump 3; also using Rewards Card." I swiped card when told to do so. The screen had the greeting along with my name AND indicated my .10 per gallon discount ($1.95; I'd pay $1.85). Somehow the cashier fouled up and had to start over. Swiped Rewards card AGAIN, but my discount was .05 per gallon. I told cashier the error and all he could say was "The system....blah, blah, blah (@ this time I'm not happy....didn't hear all; hence blah, blah, blah)....nothing I can do about it." I told him to give back the $20 and I'd be going to another station. That didn't seem to matter. All he could get out was "have a nice day." I contacted Rewards Card and hopefully it can be resolved. In the interim, I won't be stopping at this location.....ever again! The HELP was less than helpful!
