Not sure what happened to this station. Used to be excellent but now the majority of pumps are frequently out of service and the many of the screens and payment slots don’t work forcing you to go inside. Use the other shell gas station that is 1 min away on the same road.

No apple/google pay at the pump. They’re still living in the 19th century.

They charged 175.00 on my card today 2/11 ! Beware! Phone number is disconnected.

Usually a struggle getting in and out of here, not necessarily their fault. Not a great design for diesel vehicles with our pump in the middle of gas pumps and easily blocked. Pump doesn't work today, not even the attendant call button, employees don't seem to care or not much they can do.

This is been stressful, frustrating, disappointing and disrespectful because the bumpers is having issues over a month now and you have to go inside to make payments and not only that you missed your rewards completely when you go inside once you had enter it outside.
Words like SORRY and APOLOGY doesn’t compensate because instead of get the solution or the reward points we’ve missed they keep neglecting the action of solution.
Very disappointing for us that live close by.
Definitely they are away of a successful and fulfilled business.

A lot of times the pumps do not have the card reader functioning. Had to walk inside and pay at the checkout.

Card readers on the pumps are very slow and unreliable. Sometimes cards don't work even though they work elsewhere.
Even when the card does work the payment process can be glacially slow.
Shame as it's a convenient location, but they really need to upgrade their pumps.

Used to gas up here weekly but the last 3 times I’ve been it took me several attempts to find a pump with a working card reader. Not worth the hassle.

The worst gas station. The pump continues to run up $$$ after you’ve put the handle back! Been here multiple times that it’s happened. Cashiers and management don’t care. I’ve also witnessed them throw paying customers out when the try to pay in cash! Terrible service.

No soap in the bathroom, all four soap dispensers were empty, and no hand sanitizer. That’s definitely not up to sanitary code.
