Some of the screens on the pumps don't work, so you can't use your loyalty ID to get a discount on gas. Today, I had to move to a different pump to be able to get the discount on gas. There are sketchy people at and around this location, although I've never been personally bothered. Even though the pumps are available 24/7, they turn off the lights, even at the pumps, when the store closes. Due to the sketchy people and the darkness, it's super creepy to get gas here after they've closed and turned off the lights!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The old lady who works here is awful. Horrible, entitled attitude who lacks basic understanding about how to treat/speak to customers. I came home to review this place and see I'm not alone in this feeling. Based on all the other reviews she has been horrible to many more people.

Dirty nasty homeless hangout. Walking with my dog through the parking lot, an unleashed dog attacked my dog that was unleashed, come to find out the dog is owned by a homeless guy and the manager of the shell station knows he was outside with the aggressive dog , I will never go back there and I contacted jso about the dog.

The lady behind the counter was very rude when greeting me. She was the same way the man in front of me so I know it wasn't me that did anything. Probably won't go back to that gas station again.

Don’t go here. Was assaulted by the homeless camp that stays right outside the store at night. Needed fuel but couldn’t risk my life.

Pulled up and decided not to get out of my car. Zombies wandering the parking lot and passed out next to the building. Went to the nearby 7/11 instead, clean and quick.

$0.50 charge for using debit under $10. Boycott this place!!! I'm not going back. Family dollar is around the corner. And McDonald's. I could have bought a meal!

So unsafe and aggravating. Has station is surrounded by transients and they don’t turn the lights on after dark so it’s just pitch black.

Was walking in and dude that worked there yanked the door shut as he was leaving and just stared at me, I was like uh, are you closing? Yeah we are closed right now, then he goes and fills his truck up with gas.. Okay, turn away a paying customer to most likely steal gas from Shell, got it.
