Tyler was so inviting and convinced me to try the food there today. His bright attitude and playful manor with other employees was fun to encounter. And he was correct about the food. it was better than chicfila! Wonderful crew you have!

Refused to break a $20 into 2 10s has I was purchasing stuff, said I had to buy something else to break the $20 like i wasn’t buying something already and even had his register open has I was asking him to exchange it for 2 10s, bad customer service I will never come back to this location. old guy named Steven, I also see 10 other reviews about how rude he is

0 stars if I could. In 60 years I have never once had a "hold" on my card used at pump. This station put a $175 hold on my card (tried to blame it on my bank- 1000% inaccurate- banks don't just determine that- the point of purchase merchant does). The $34 gas purchase went through, yet the $175 "hold" has not dropped off after 3 days. Buyer beware- unless you just have an extra $175 sitting around for them to lock up in your account. I asked for manager to call me back. He had a food service person call me, but I could hear him telling her what to say. Unbelievable. I can't wait for them to jump on here and try to blame my bank. Nope, never happened anywhere else. And only pre-auth holds I've had my entire life were with rental cars or hotels, never on gas- and they are always initiated by the MERCHANT.

Went in today for breakfast. When I was checking out, the guy at the register says "boy you're hungry, ain't ya!" He was older so he might not have known he was being rude but thats not an excuse, might need retraining. Also my total seemed kind of high so I asked for a receipt, I was in a rush this morning so I didn't check it until I got to work, but I was also overcharged by $12!!!! Somehow there was a 12 pk of coke cans and something called "bimbo bimunuelos 4ct" that I didn't even buy on my receipt. Needless to say I'm livid that I was basically double charged for my breakfast this morning. Shell needs to do better.Edit: I see there's a lot of negative reviews and no attempt from the owners at reaching out to anyone. I won't be going into the store for anything anymore. (Also lowered from 2 to 1 star)

Manager Steven is absolutely terrible. I felt discriminated and not welcomed at the store. Was refused service on tobacco goods, even though I had my valid ID(I’m 32). Because it’s a so called “Privilege,” according to Steven. Steven also told me that I am banned from getting tobacco for the day for some reason. I would grade my experience with negative stars if that was an option. I truly believe that if I was not a minority, Steven would have not treated me this way.
