Watch out for the car wash. I purchased a deluxe car wash for my 2023 Honda Pilot, 7000 miles. I watched in horror as the top brush malfunctioned and pushed against my rear window with excessive force, pulling the rear blade out (see pic). The side roller then destroyed it.
I filed a claim only to be denied stating "policyholder would not be legally liable for your damages" , guess I should have known better.
Don't do what I did, this deluxe car wash cost me $291.87, avoid this place or expect to repair your vehicle yourself. Seems like this shouldn’t be legal.
Edit 10/3/24: Thank you Shell for looking into this. It's a shame that Jacksonville owners First Coast Energy LLP never responded and their representative Federated Insurance denied the claim without explanation. Hope you'll help one of your customers.
Edit 10/24/24: Thank you Shell for bringing this issue to the attention of First Coast Enery PPL, below is a pic date stamped 10/4/24 9:16am showing Universal Car Wash doing what appears to be making repairs to the car wash the day after I contacted Shell Corp. Shell did respond reminding me this station was privately owned and they could only ask First Coast Energy LLP to respond, which they haven't. The BBB website shows all customers get a similar response.

I've been using this service station since it opened. Today, on August 8, 2024, I met Ranko while he was wiping down the fuel pump. This is the exact reason I use this service station. It's always clean and there is receipt paper in the fuel pump. Great job Ranko!! Thank you for doing what you do!

Daily's Dash gas station serves up an incredible meatball sub! The meatballs were flavorful, the sauce was rich, and the bread was fresh. It's hard to believe such a satisfying sandwich came from a gas station. The convenience of being able to grab this delicious sub while filling up is unbeatable. I highly recommend trying it out!

Love this as my favorite place for frozen mochas when I'm in Florida! Always fresh made to order and daily fresh baked bakery too! And I must say, I like this better than the big competition

Great, clean gas station with a good amount of dining options and car wash. I was surprised to see they even had a small gluten free section. Fresh made deli sandwiches as well(not gf). Smelled delicious, cashier was cute and sweet, I’ll stop in again!

Do not use the air at this location for free air is a trick and it doesn’t work and it was drain your tires!! BEWARE!!!

Had a Dailys inside. Had the pulled pork bbq sandwich. Took quite a while to make, and I had to remind the preparer to add pickled and onions, but a tasty sandwich. The cashier looked lost, as if it was his first day.
