This particular SW store at Normandy lied to me saying they could have my order ready on Saturday. I called Friday. I show up Sunday morning to pickup the paint and not one gallon of the 13 total has arrived. I recieved no notice until I showed up at the store to the dumbfounded employee. I love SW just not this store

The guy that's always there is not good for the store. Came at 5:50 and he said he's been there since 8am and I have to leave because it's 10 minutes remaining until close. Very disrespectful that he didn't want my money. Whoever is the store owner is need to look at this guy. He's costing you $$$$$

You should train the lady in the front. Lack of customer services and lack of manners, when arriving to the store he was eating and chewing in front of the customer, once she was asked to call to receive the payment she yelled at the customer giving attitude and throwing the phone because the person didn't answer, she was asked to call again and she just left the customer talking alone. Worst customer service.

Every time I come to this location it always a great experience. Today I checked out with Samuel, and he knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store with exactly what I wanted in a few minutes. I will continue to use Sherwin Williams for my painting needs.

If you go to this location or call to inquire about a product make sure you ask for ANYONE other than SAM! He is the rudest and most unpleasant employee! Wow!

Scott is the BEST! Welcoming, kind, and informative. I left a happy customer, and an even happier customer when I got home to find that the paint he recommended was the exact same color! No need for wall cut outs, thanks Scott! 10 stars!

Service here is honest and trustworthy! My go to store for my house paint needs. All of my questions about color, type of paint for type of surfaces were answered thoroughly with knowledge and confidence. Options were offered and even value was compared to stretch the dollar. Def recommend service and paint from here.

I was hesitant to go to the 'Normandy' location. The area seems to get the second best of everything. In the case of Sherwin Williams, my hesitation was not warranted. The sales person was helpful, informative, and friendly and I walked out with my paint glad we visited the store.
