I tried to order 20 gals of LoxonXP and 3 gals of Cashmere low Luster. They only had 10 of LoxonXP and no Cashmere. Since I needed to get some work done at the job that day I took the 10 and asked them to call another store that had the rest in stock and place the order so I could get the rest delivered the next day. They agreed and I headed off to the job site.Next day no paint. I called back the store in inquiry and found out they ordered the paint from the manufacturer and it was expected to arrive in a day or two but could be later. I asked them why didn't they order from another store and had them delivered as they had promised. They claimed That if they did that it would still have to be delivered to their store, tented there, and then sent to the address which would take the same if not more time. I said, the store could tint the paint at their location and deliver it straight to the job site. He put me o hold and then came back on to try and tell me that The nearest location that had my two products was Saint Augustine's main store. He said he would have to call them to confirm.What the computer was stating and that it could take a day or two.I decided to get the numbers myself.But before I called I also called his bluff and called Beach Boulevard. The Next closest store to the job location. What you know is that that store had plenty of both products in stock period not surprise seeing as how common they are.Not only did they have them in stock, though. They went above and beyond. And offered to deliver the product to the address the same day!

Nate and his Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in working through supply chain shortages to find the right paint mix to start my project. I will return to this store throughout the next 6 months as I complete my project.
