We just recently renovated our Dental office and walked across the street to Sherwin-Williams to get our interior paint. They made it super easy to order the colors we wanted, answer all our questions and had plenty of options on supply's to get the job done (even little sample brushes and rollers for the kiddos to help). Would definitely recommend checking this store out for all your painting needs.

Customer Service: I am SO IMPRESSED with how SW HQ/Regional Mgr and the San Jose location handled a paint issue we had. They quickly stepped up and resolved the situation that we ultimately learned was not their fault, yet they were still willing to help....and they did!! Not many businesses will do that now a days and it speaks VOLUMES to the integrity of SW.
Product: In the past we've been very pleased with the SW brand, and look forward to using Duration for a large paint project coming up. It's a little expensive, but we've been told it's well worth it.
Based on the quality of their products and their stellar customer service, we will be lifelong SW customers. Thank you so much!!

HANDS DOWN the BEST !!!! As a Design Professional it means EVERYTHING to know that I can go in here myself or send clients and their experience will be positive and pleasant. Brandon has been the Manager here for years and he just gets it right. This location can get very busy ~ but they let you know they care and they get it done. They take customer service seriously here. On the rare occasion a staff member seemed disinterested or inattentive, they weren't there the next time I went in, which says alot. Paint isn't $20 a gallon anymore. SW puts out a GREAT product, but if a homeowner can't get assistance or answers they're comfortable with, quality goes unnoticed. People invest in their homes ~ This Sherwin Williams location takes the time to get it right. I've been doing business here for years, and love knowing that the positive consistency is here every single time. Thanks Brandon ~ Thanks Sherwin Williams.

9-2-23 2pm, 3 males working, one said someone will get with us, the other two never spoke or even recognized us, 9 minutes later we walked outcan no one even tried to help us. Very sad very poor, such a shame, rude and disrespectful

Visited on a Saturday after shopping a couple stores for specialty paint with no success. Went in and was greeted by Ali with a smile . After an hour of mixing and remixing she nailed it. She never quit and kept after it.She is an amazing associate and represents Sherwin Williams and its brand incredible !!Turned me into a customer for life!

I work for a local custom home builder who only uses Sherwin Williams paint. We recently relocated to the area and have visited this location several times for custom stain assistance. The staff is friendly and Joe has been the biggest help! Keep rocking it guys!!

My wife just left in tears the way she was treated there. They sold her paint she didn’t need and then she gets treated the way she deserved. She asked if that was the paint she needed. I have painted two houses inside and out from this store and will never go back.

I had a challenge for the paint store, matching paint for a color that I painted a bedroom almost 10 years ago. The associate at the Sherwin Williams store on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville did a FANTASTIC job matching the color ... he got it right, his name is Joe ... and he is a credit to his profession.
