Lily is such a hard worker and such a sweet lady. She will always try her best to get your alterations done if you need them by a certain date. She also does excellent work. The shoe repair shop also does good work. I would recommend Shoe Fixers for your alteration and shoe repair needs.

This place Rocks! I took my western boots there. I had a limited time before I needed them back. They went above the call of duty to get me taken care of. The price was great and the quality is fantastic. I absolutely recommend them! Thanks for getting me back on the road.

I love this place. They fix shoes for a great price. The customer service is great. If you need alteration this is the place to go. I’ve had many clothing pieces altered here. Great place for reasonable price's!

Ms. Lily is so sweet! I’ve had a few dresses hemmed there and she always does an incredible job. From sizing out the hem while I’m there to completing it quickly. She’s amazing! Her prices are lower than what I’ve seen in the Jax area!

I had to get a dress altered for a wedding and was told it would be ready by Tuesday, I checked on it Tuesday, called on Wednesday and it still wasn’t done. Friday morning called again the last day to get it back and it hadn’t even been touched until Friday morning. Still paid full price wasn’t offered a discount or anything.

Absolutely love this place. They are as sweet as can be and as timely as they can be given it’s just two people there and they do a really great job.
