I went in for a pedi and full set. They lady doing my full set was like you need eyebrows done. I laughed. 2mins later she comes back while I'm in the pedi chair and flips wax on my eyebrow. Well since you already started might as well finish I guess. This lady waxed my whole face. Yes it's my fault for not saying anything but I'm not confrontational at all. That was Friday, we are now at sunday and I've never had issues with my face breaking out and now it's disgusting. I have loved this salon but since the over aggressiveness I'll find another

Usually this is my go to place. The service is usually good. It is a very busy atmosphere as they have a lot of pedicure and manicure chairs. Sometimes people do get skipped over but not on purpose. Lack of communication in busy atmosphere. The last time I went service was awful. After arguing with the other workers on who would get me out of my friends the man who got me was unhappy. He did my manicure and pedicure unhappily the whole time. It took the breath out his body to serve me. He half effort the whole process. When it came time to massage my legs he looked like he wanted to flip his chair over lmao. I'm a tall girl 5"8 size 10 feet, he was upset he did not get my friend 5"3 child sized feet lmao. Only lady who was nice did my eyebrows. The others will be the reason I find a new salon.Services: Manicures

I took my daughter here for her 1st full set and a pedicure for my son and I. When my daughter sat in the chair she showed the nail technician a photo of the nails she wanted. After the nail tech started her nails my son and I was called for our pedi.During the pedicure the technician asked "if I wanted a mani?" I replied "no."The technician then proceeded to ask "If I was on a budget?" I was suprised by the question and responded my nails are not strong enough for a gel mani because they are weak and brittle due to the last gel mani. Also, while I was getting the pedi the technician complained about the another co-worker not being there.Once the pedi was done I paid for services for the three of us and set next to my daughter to catch a sneak peep at her nails. At which time I realized other than the color they are not like the picture. I asked her why she didn't get the design nail (clear with butterflies). She told me the technician said he cannot do it. I spoke with the technician and he lied and said my daughter never asked for butterflies. I followed up by advising she showed him a picture of the nails she wanted and he lied again stating she never showed him a picture. I was there when she showed him the picture and asked that he do the design. The technician then stated he would take longer and I advised we have time.Needless to say the design was not what we asked for and we left very disappointed and dissatisfied.Services: Manicures

New owners are no better than the last ones. They call it you be nails now and still have the same bad quality work. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE NEVER BUSY!!! Went Sunday and paid 89 for a pedicure , fill in and gel polish. By Wednesday the gel polish was peeling. Not to mention terrible customer service and no accountability for bad work. And yes I did have to end up cussing him out when he refused to fix the gel polish

I came in as a walk in and I was attended right away. Everyone was so nice. I am a very picky person and Amber was not only professional and sweet but she is very talented. Amber gave me exactly what I wanted and more! I highly recommend this place ! Very well priced, lovely environment and great work!

I went to the nail salon on a Sunday and the very next Sunday I only have 3 nails left. They make their acrylics very thin and so they break off easily. For example, I was just scratching my skin for an itch and 1 nail just snapped off. It’s not even the fact that I’m careless, because when it comes to my nails I am very careful. Wouldn’t really recommend, unless it’s like a two day thing.

LOVED THIS PLACE!! The gentleman who did my set was wonderful! He took his time and even threw in a little extra razzle dazzle for me! Definitely will be going back.

Even if you call for an appointment, you will still have to wait for a tech to do your nails. This nail salon overbooks and this is why there’s a long wait time.Edit:I’m changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because my nail tech was very nice and did an awesome job on my nails. However, the management should still not overbook their appointments to avoid long wait time.
