First off - the ordering process and responsiveness for the order went perfect, shipping was fast, and the company has responded to emails.Ordered (2) adjustable bases - very very heavy - boxes had some exterior damage and items had a smell as plastic does not fully cover the items. There were clearly some indents and scratches on the bases. The company gave a lesser credit back than requested for these issues.Upon getting my new mattresses from another company (split king) at a later date - these bases when raised up with the head and/or foot have too much motion due to the thin base and arm mechanism - not 100% stable / despite numerous complaints - only option was to return them and lose like 1/3 of the cost - not a great option or feasible with the weight of the items…….Disappointed that I could not come to a settlement with the company - based on the condition and issues - they should of credited back a 1/3 - not propose me having no items to sleep on and losing a 1/3 with all the work on me!

Do not buy from this company, the return or replacement policy is a joke. I purchased through Amazon, this is fraud. $700 to upgrade from medium to soft, should be $50 more.

Had I been told that they were not an authorized dealer and because of that the mattress has no warranty with Sealy I would have purchased from a different company obviously. Why even have a huge Sealy sign on the outside of the building in your Google photos then!? The mattress is completely torn at the seam down the whole side of the mattress after only a year of owning it and paying $2,500! I'm a small person and can guarantee a mattress of that price shouldn't split open from a 105lb person sleeping on it. Was told by your warranty company to contact Sealy even though they know the outcome. You got my money and sold me a crap mattress. Terrible company!! BEWARE!!! I will be posting my review of this company everywhere possible so no one else is out $2,500 on a defective mattress

First, the 2 stars goes to the shipping company driver who went above and beyond by delivering the king bed frame into our bedroom. The problem with the bed is that the bed weighs over 250 lbs, and even though all we have to do is add the legs, that's easier said than done. Well, because of the weight of the frame, it will take at least 3 or 4 men to even lift it to get the legs on. We were never informed of the weight of the frame. Now we have to hire people to get the bed installed. I'm sorry we unboxed it because all I want to do is send it back. Sooo frustrated because now I'm sleeping on the couch. I wish I had purchased the split king, but it was more than we wanted to spend. What are we supposed to do now.

Ordered a SPLIT KING ADJUSTABLE. Received it earlier than expected. That was good. The rest sucked. It came in 3 boxes , total weight 400 lbs all strapped to a pallet. Looked over what was visible and saw no problem. Has to have help getting the stuff into the house. First base was set up and worked. Opens 2nd base box which was face down on the bottom of the pallet. Several large holes in the box not visible until taken off the pallet. The base inside had a very large hole torn into it and another smaller one. Worthless! Opens the “compressed “ mattress and it was not for a split king. One large king!The damage had to have been done prior to being shipped as the entire shipment was strapped to a pallet with the damaged box on the bottom with the damage facing down so as not to be seen. The mattress box is not marked with contents. Was supposed to be a split king set. Ie; two twin XL adjustable bases and two SEPARATE mattresses.So starting after the agreement for return and refund supposedly set for 12/08. No one showed at all. Was supposed to be R&L trucking. One email and three phone calls they (Sleep Geekz) apologized and set a date of 12/12 for return. I explained that we would be out of town. They picked the 15th of Dec. on the 12th my Ring door video alarm showed someone there in a large truck. Again, more emails, more apologies and more assurance that R&L was informed and would definitely be here for pick up on 12/15. Supposedly between 4 & 6pm. At 5:45 still no show by R & L carriers.More apologies and no solution. Sleep Geekz has $2700 of my money. I have junk in my garage. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever from R&L and empty promises. I am paying interest on the money. Sleep Geekz is making money off of me. An absolutely disgusting and infuriating experience.

The seller is just not responding to several messages.I ordered and was told a shipping date. I took PTO from work because they needed someone there for delivery (just drop off not in home setup). I was notified by Walmart that they were not able to deliver it on time but was not clear when it would be delivered. I called the company and there was no answer. I emailed and no answer. Walmart emailed no answer. The product is good, the delivery, when it did arrive, was good. The company did not have any respect of my time to respond. I took time off of work and was just wanting to know what day it would come.

Ordered bed frame off Amazon though this company and shipping was delayed 2 times. Charged my card but never received product. Horrible customer service

I am the prince and the pea when it comes to mattress and this mattress is incredible! It is super comfortable and not hot. I have literally have had every major brand of beds for my home and this one for my RV is more comfortable than all of them. It is soft but it is also supportive.

Bought the bliss series split king, absolutely love the bed, haven't had good sleep like this in years! Jay was absolutely amazing, he answered every single question and helped us decide what was best for us, he worked with us the entire time from purchase to delivery and after! Thanks Jay!!

The bed was damaged when I received it. Customer Service is atrocious. No one knows what the other one is doing. Make promises and don’t follow through.

I would NOT recommend this company. If you ever need to exchange a mattress that you just bought 2 weeks ago you will need to buy one since they will not exchange it for you. Customer service is a joke and not helpful at all. It is TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT mentality. Their mattress are BAD.
