I am very disappointed in Snap 2 Shhip,Etc BaymeadowsRd I went ti that location on May 20th to drop a simple piece of mail with my car payment inside. My payment was due on the 25th of the month but U have a 10 day grace period which means I had until June 5th.. So that means I have a 15 days before it is considered late. When I saw that the payment had not cleared within 2 weeks I called the Finance company and was told they had not received my payment. Now im receiving calls daily from the Finance company. Ive went to the location twice and of course they dont know what has happened to my mail. They also don't seem to care.I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN.IF THERE WAS A RATING LOWER THAN I STARS THAT'S WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM.

Everytime I have been here I have not been helped successfully. The guy with glasses got an attitude with me while I was asking a question. Very unwelcoming and disrespectful, not sure if it’s because of my young age or race but from previous reviews it seems to be about my race. Just go to the fedex next door!

Extremely rude employees or owners. Impatient and abrupt, the guy stormed off because he didn't like the way I was relaying details he requested something about limited space to input the info on his system?!...yeah, my fault...unbelievable! Sounds like they own the place so they're not worried about losing their jobs (two old guys)! How about losing customers...?! The older of the two, even made a racist comment towards me...yes, he went there! Don't go there...not worth it!!

These folks tried to charge me $101 to ship via Ups to Miami because It's "Ups one day shipping". FL to FL is already a one day delivery.The Ups Store charged me $12.60 for the same package with a one day guarantee. Yeah, Snap 2 Ship is definitely getting over on people.

Absolutely love this place for all my shipping needs. They are always so pleasant and friendly when I come in. They are professional and make sure all my packages are properly packed. This is a local business I love supporting when I have to ship my cakes.

I went to this location last month to mail a package. The gentleman with the glasses was helpful and provided good customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that He put the wrong address on the package. I didn't realize that it was incorrect until a few days later when I checked to track My package. The package eventually got delivered to the wrong address, thanks to that gentleman behind the counter that was in rush. The package finally got returned to me a month later. This location is not worth mailing Your packages when He us working there. Not going to this location ever again. He needs learn how to read addresses correctly, and not just numbers to the correct address.

I went to this particular location to mail a package. The older gentleman with glasses was very helpful. Long story short He put the wrong address on My package and I didn't notice it until a few days later when I tracked the package. It showed that it got delivered to a wrong address because of Him. I finally got the package a month later. So I eventually lost money on mailing this package out. That gentleman needs to learn how to input addresses better. I wouldn't recommend going here while He's working. I don't think I'll return here because of His careless mistake.
