I had a wonderful experience on Monday at this store thanks to a sales associate: Fendy. She was attentive in the phone when I called ahead, and when I arrived she took the time to pick out some PJ’s for my irregular size on top and bottom. She also helped me pick out 2 bras that were a wonderful fit. She even included a pre gift ahead of their sale starting today. I thought this was superb customer service. And she did it effortlessly with a smile. Thank you Fendy!

This place IS trans friendly.
Came in to find a strapless bra, had no idea what I was looking for. Unfortunately I can't remember the woman's name who helped me. But she took me to a changing room measured me and had a perfect fit bra in about 10 minutes. Will 💯 percent be coming here again.

Had a return and purchase. Waited 20 min because there are only 2 employees and 50 customers. When I finally was waited on, no eye contact or hello. Rude.

Fendi helped make my first time at Soma a great experience. Tired of wearing bras that didn't fit, after taking her recommendations I found the most comfortable bras I've ever worn. My favorite style I never would have tried on myself, but with Fendi's suggestion I did. She was so patient helping me get the right bra and the right fit even though it was a busy holiday weekend. From now on, I will only go to Soma. Ask for Fendi - it will be a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience at Soma thanks to Lauren! She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. Finding the perfect bras can sometimes be a challenge, but Lauren made it effortless and enjoyable. Her expertise and warm demeanor truly made all the difference. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Lauren—she’s an absolute pleasure to work with!

I had a disappointing experience at the Soma store today at town center Jacksonville Florida. The employee at the cashier completely ignored me and allowed another customer to pay first, even though I was waiting. This kind of service is unacceptable and makes customers feel undervalued. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure fair treatment for all customers. I left the store with out buying and I ordered online, you should fix the issue since customer loyalty matters.

I recently lost 54 pounds. Haven't had a bra fitting in decades. I was a little apprehensive and the sales associate was superb. She treated me with kindness and understanding. I bought 4 new bras that fit perfectly. It was a great experience!
