Bought a grape limeade. The sprite machine was out so it was disgusting. Try to get a new one. People act like I was trying to steal a grape limeade.

Always check your order before leaving via Drive thru. We order 2 combo and 1 burger but unfortunately when we got home they didn’t have us one of our side fries that we pay. I’m very disappointed.

Went to sonic today, 11:34am, and Shamiah completely ruined our entire order. Every. Single. Thing in our order was WRONG! Even with the receipt having everything right on it NOTHING was right in our bags. Paid $9 for a burrito that was supposed to be an “ultimate “ burrito that was barely the size of my pinky finger. BOTH of the cherry limeades we order has no cherry in AND was just carbonated water??? The drink… is supposed to be red, taste like cherry, have lime made in it. But what did we get sparkling water.Almost $30 for 3 meals that we didn’t even get to eat since they were WRONG.Never coming back here again

Simply put.. the absolute worst tasting food I've ever had from Sonic. The chicken tenders tasted extremely disgusting, along with the onion rings, pretzels and super watered down Powerade. My family ended up throwing away most of the food. Horrible experience. We will NOT be back.

Starting to not like this location. Everytime I visit, there is an issue. It has been the speaker doesn't work, we are only taking cash, we are not taking cash, it's drive thru only, wrong order.... It's always SOMETHING.

Last time I ate here i got food poisoning, so now i just come for the drinks, but lately they've been getting my drink orders wrong, and then they sit there and huff and puff when you bring it to their attention. Please work on customer service.

Went to 5080 Butler Pt No cars around looked closed dining room closed yet staff sitting inside at tables no note to say why used the drive thru then parked to eat at the picnic tables drive thru staff seemed annoyed didnt advise of the special that we saw after on a side of the building. Service not the best old is the best. Close to our hotel conference

I gotta tell Ya , this place has everything You could want from breakfast ta dinner . Always a Friendly Smile , great service and even let Me buy a bag of their Ice . lol . I Love their Ice and really wanted it at My Home , and they Happily sold Me a bag ??? . I Couldn't ask for better . Thanks to the Guys & Gals at the Sonic in Jacksonville, Fla on Jammies rd. and 103rdYall are the Best ??
