Run away. I've had positive experience with State Farm in the past but not with this particular agency. Long story short: payment to them was made in error and they refused to even provide a timeline as to when I could expect repayment. UPDATE: 5 days and still counting, not even a timeline.

I really enjoyed doing business with YuselyContrera.I called State farm at Sonya WoodOffice at 1944 Southside Blvd.She answer all my questions with efficientCourteous manner.She was professional,Knowledgeable and reliable.She gave me an appointment . I communicated with her all my concerns andNeeds to renew my home owner policy.I was very happy with the results.I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs her services.You will not be disappointed.

After spending 5 hours on the phone with different auto insurance agents, I had a breath of fresh air when Iveth Santana helped my family find a plan that works for them. I recently started shopping around for new auto insurance because my premium with Allstate had gone up. I was a little leery about switching to another company because I had good customer support with Allstate. After talking to Iveth Santana, I was blow away when I found out that State Farm would match my policy with Allstate, apples to apples and literally cut the cost in half. I would like to thank Iveth Santana for making this process effortless. She was very knowledgeable and I feel like I made a great decision by switching to State Farm. Not only am I saving lots of money, but I feel like I have made a friend that will bend over backwards to get me the best price and answer any questions I may have in the future.
