I’ve been with CubeSmart since March 2025, and my experience has been excellent from the very beginning. Mrs. Gwen made me feel completely comfortable leaving my vehicle there while I traveled for work, giving me full confidence that it was in a safe and secure place. When I returned, she was just as helpful—assisting me with my gate code and ensuring everything with my car was exactly as I left it.
She is amazing and always made sure everything with my unit was taking care of.
I highly recommend the CubeSmart location on Southside Blvd. Be sure to ask for Mrs. Gwen!

I had a great experience for me went in there and got our 20x20 unit, Miguel was extremely helpful and when I brought the the big truck he helped me get in the gate and guided Us in it was ridiculously tight I give him a five-star rating and a four-star overall I think was neat and clean ready to go.

Gwen, is an excellent GM over at the Southside Location in Jacksonville, FL. The location is always clean and well-kept. Whenever I have a question regarding my storage, prices, or location hours, she always has the answers. Is a pleasure to have her as the GM and I know my storage is safe. The cameras are there and so is Gwen.
