I got a regular coffee and it was barely warm and an iced coffee which tasted unusual, the food the bakery items were exceptional though so it makes up for the drinks.

The drive thru here is so SLOOOOOOOOW. Don't use the drive thru if you're in a hurry. It's a process.

Not my normal store and I remember why every time I go in. I mobile ordered 20 minutes later my Ice Green tea was still not ready. I asked to make sure they had my order and was met with yes.. that’s all not a nice yes either. Maybe I’m spoiled by my store but this was not a Starbucks feeling. No hello or goodbye. It felt more like fast food. I can stand coming to this store. Oakleaf stop running out of green tea!!!!

As much as I love this location for all the wonderful staff that have been so kind and accommodating to me I unfortunately need to leave this review. I have just had the huge displeasure of interacting with CJ and she was very unprofessional and basically told me my drink was going to take a bit because there sticker machine is down even after asking her if there was any way to expedite my order just not being able to tolerate sitting or standing for extended times and I’m disable and currently in terrible shape form the weather and she offer me a refund and told me no. Then after waiting we’ll over 15 minutes in a completely empty lobby and seeing the car I would of been behind leave I came and asked who is priority and she said because her printer is broke she just has to wait till it prints and o said I could tell her verbally if that would help and she still refused. Absolutely terrible service from her. Her answer could of been the same be delivered politely and professionally

Up until the recent manager change, I frequented this Starbucks 5-7 days a week. I always mobile order and allow at least 10 minutes or more before I go to pick up my drink (1 single iced latte)This store DOES NOT CARE about its mobile order customers. My drink has been taking 15-20 mins AFTER I get to the store and god forbid you ask about it after the lengthy wait, the answer is received with a huge attitude and " we are busy" ... not even bothering to look into it.There's too many Starbucks around to continue to go to this one and because of this terrible customer service I have managed to cut back my Starbucks visits to 1-2 times a week on accident so thanks?Coffee = 5 STARSService = 1 STAR

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks. I tired the carmel crunch, brulee it was very good. The drive-through was fast even for red cup day.

Worst. Took more than twenty minutes to receive three chaI tea lattes.....they were watery...no flavor. We returned them to the counter...... We were not even acknowledged.

Went to the drive thru lane at 8:55am (11/5). Waited until 9:20am, and still not at the speaker to take order.This has been an ongoing problem for the past few months, I think. Very rarely is the drive-through process smooth.. There are Consistent comments about this store being slow.Today was the last straw, and I will not be coming here… Along with mentioning to my friends of the same experience again.The Starbucks is at a good location With slow or unattended employees
