I must have paid a newbie tax because I ordered a 12 oz half caff and was upcharged for an Americano. The place was crowded, not enough seating indoors, so didn't feel like causing a fuss, even though only the drive thru was busy. Not even sure why I bothered to tip. Based on other recent reviews, this place needs better workers and management.

Overall, the two Starbucks that I visit do a really good at being friendly, clean and in getting the orders right. The Starbucks on Hodges recently started to not have the stir sticks out available for the customer to grab one. It's the only store that does that. For me, I'm in a hurry to get in and out quickly, yet I have to stand there and wait for one of if the busy employees to be available to get one for me. Weird might I say. Convenience is important to the customer.

My boss got me a coffee from here and they didn't close the lid all the way so when she got out of the car the coffee spilled all over. I then went back and got another coffee and the same thing happened to me. I called the manager to let her know that they should make sure that the lids were fully closed to avoid having angry customers, but she didn't care at all or offered to pay for our 2 wasted coffee cups ???

Waited 25 minutes inside for 3 coffees. It is clear that they do not take priority over face to face customers. Get it together. The drive thru didn’t back up and they were sure to get the mobile orders out that were never picked up.

I’ve just about had it with this Starbucks! The last two times I have come here, my food has taken well over 15 minutes to be ready. I know for a fact it does not take that long to heat up pre-made sandwiches so why does it take upwards of 20 minutes for it to be ready. The first time this happened I walked out without my food after asking the staff several times about it. This is now the second time this is happening and it is infuriating! I didn’t come to this location for a while after the first incident but now I will definitely not be returning.Edit: I managed to get my food after 20 minutes only to discover it was in the bags that have been sitting out for maybe five minutes by the ovens, so when I got my food it was cold! I immediately asked for new ones to be made. Unbelievably bad service at this location.

I absolutely love this location! I usually get an obnoxious complicated drink and they are always so accommodating. Isabel especially is amazing and so sweet!

I ordered an iced crème brûlée with almond milk and I got a drink of ice and water and flavored syrup. Can’t even drink it it’s so gross. How is this worth $7.00? There is no almond milk in this. The quality is just gone. Starbucks is not what it used to be.

I really thought when they built this stand alone building, things would be better. I was very wrong. I usually order coffee through mobile ordering twice a week. I have 2 drinks in my order each time. My order is never ready when I arrive, which is a good 5-10 minutes past the time it’s supposed to be completed. This morning was no different. I placed my mobile order at 7:09. It was supposed to be completed by 7:19. I arrived at 7:21 (yes, only 3 minutes after bc I was running late). My order was not completed until 7:25. When you are trying to get somewhere by 7:30, this really screw things up. I would say within this past year, my coffee has been ready when I arrived/at the correct time, only 5 times. Often I am waiting upwards of 10-15 minutes past when my order should’ve been completed. I honestly could get through the long drive thru line faster than that. What is the point of mobile ordering if you can’t keep up? Also, my drink is frequently made incorrectly, and the only thing I’m changing is adding an additional shot of espresso. It will have too much syrup or the extra shot that I pay for will be completely omitted, forcing me to return to the location to have my drink remade. I do not have this problem when visiting other Starbucks locations around town. This one is the closest to me, so it is the one I frequent the most. No one even speaks to you at this location when you come in. They don’t make any effort to even see what you are waiting on. Do better.

Ethan was fenomenal. They were working alone yet gave amazing customer service by being so sweet. Plus there were 3 cars in the drive through.
