Do not I repeat do not use this place, i got a ticket on a car I had towed like the the hell! They also where supposed to have the insurance company inspect the car, beyond unprofessional I only used them because the police at the scene called them. Never again.

Awful experience. We waited almost 4 hours just for him to pick up and leave after we asked for proof of the funds. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend.

I had a vehicle towed from NCRS to IAA and when I did inventory of the items that were in my vehicle there were car parts that were missing. I was giving information from both companies that there were several complaints about Jimmy Saleh stealing items out of vehicles. jimmy is shifting blame on NCRS when jimmy company fix vehicles it would make sense that they would be the ones to steal brand new car parts out of my vehicle. I called Jimmy and politely addressed the issue and tried to see if it could be resolved without legally pursing the matter and he hung up in my face as I was speaking. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY rude! If there was no guilt and nothing to hide he would have simply spoke to me and listened to my concerns. It's a shame I have to take this a step further when he could just return the items and I call this situation done. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

The absolute worst service I have ever had. First I call for information about a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and the fellow that I was speaking with wasn't forthcoming or helpful with any information and he was rude so I hug up in discuss because of the service I had just experienced, but if thar wasn't enough the guy calls he back and asks did I just hang up and I in return say yes sir I did and there is no business that I would like to do with your company, so he calls me a D-Head and an A-Hole and hangs up on me. The absolute worst customer experience that I have had!!!
