Seth is the best and great at his job I felt very relieved and relaxed after my stretch and it helped my soreness from working out consistently. I would highly recommend checking them out & ask for Seth- he is very strong and knowledgeable. Friendly staff and great experience all together!!

Vibes were off from the moment I walked in. Staff interactions were awkward. The actual stretch was underwhelming. Studio at least felt clean.

JT Petersen was excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I have signed on for a package of 3 visits. A little disappointed I can't get in next week. I am not a joiner, so no membership for me anywhere! I'll post again after my next visit to let you know if follow up visit is as good as the first.

Subpar customer service. JT refused to allow a reschedule even though they have a “new system” which sends out confusing times to customers. The experience with their customer service has left much to be desired even from the start of my journey with StretchLab. I have to agree with a lot of the negative reviews of this location.

Love this place - the increased flexibility has helped me feel so much better. I don’t have the same aches and pains I had before coming here.

Chris is very unprofessional and he’s horrible with customers and his staff. Also his breath kicks.

Not only was this absolutely not worth the money, my doctor and physical therapist said these companies work in a loophole like Asian massage parlors and are completely under qualified for the services they are offering and in many cases can make injuries worse. I could get past the fact that I was locked into a 3 month monthly membership of $289 however the customer service is what I can’t get past. The turnover rate at this location is horrifying, the front desk help and the “therapists” I’m not sure what they officially call themselves. My trial session was great, however every session after that got worse and worse, when I asked for what was done the first session I was told “oh we aren’t really supposed to do that”. When I sign up for any membership I try to get information as clear as possible because I travel very often and only get accounts I can pause. When I was traveling and paused my account, my account was unpaused and I was still traveling but because the way they align their pause date with payment dates (this is not what I was told, I was told the pause was active whichever days you’ll be gone) when I called and told them I’m still out of town but I don’t want to continue my membership they told me oh that’s fine just sign this paper whenever you come in, instead of saying ok well if you don’t want to be charged for another month you need to come in and sign before this date. They gave you me misleading information that led to an additional $289 charge. When I asked for a refund they just stuck to the fact that I signed the paper on that date and they refused to acknowledge the fact that I could have simply extended my pause to avoid that extra charge for a service I do not want. Feels like they are intentionally trying to trap people into paying for services they do not want. I also think it’s interesting that it’s 31 days and not 30 to cancel because not every month has 31 days so you have to cancel your account the month prior before your last payment. If they are telling people oh ya just sign the paper at your next appointment and that causes them to be forced into another month of services I think that is completely sneaky and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend using this service unless you like throwing away money. I recommend spending the money on physical therapy or going to a qualified massage therapist that is qualified to do the same body work.
