Tyler F. from Hanaia made our car-buying experience extraordinary! We negotiated the deal via text and calls. Driving from East Orlando, we were in and out in under 75 mins—remarkably swift. In a world of dealership chaos, Hanaia delivers a first-class experience. Tyler F. is highly recommended! The new diesel gets 27 MPG in the city with the lift! Look forward to seeing the BRAT next year.

Absolutely hands down best experience I had at a dealership. They worked with us to find the car I wanted in the price range I could afford. They stayed super late and didn't rush the process and just were extremely thorough and personable. Monty and Sean are fantastic if you decide to purchase a car I highly recommend Monty and Sean to help you.

I could not have asked for a better experience! I wasn’t even planning on trading in my car cause I didn’t think it was possible.Sean was absolutely amazing, he worked so hard and went above and beyond for me to find me the best car and deal. No words can describe how happy I am. Thank you so much!I also want to thank Hong (salesman) for walking me through all the paperwork and going on the test drive. He was super informative and amazing. And finally I want to thank Steven (financing) for his work finalizing my final cost and paperwork.Everything went so smoothly, I was absolutely blown away by all the hard work these guys put into my deal. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will be a forever customer, thank you again for everything.

Recently purchased a WRX GT after driving Outbacks for 10 years. My first time going through this dealer as no one else had the GT in stock. Tyler was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The finance manager went above and beyond to get me a rate I was comfortable with. Highly recommend this dealership for a hassle free purchase.

Worked with Andrew on getting into an Outback. The process was pretty quick (considering the time it takes to process paperwork when purchasing a car), seemless, and painless. Andrew and the finance guy were both knowledgable and answered all questions my husband and I had through out the entire process. Shane, the manager gave us a reasonable trade-in value and was knowledgable as well. We left satisfied and look forward to many many years in our new Outback! We'll definitely return when the need arises and will be recommending them to our people.

My husband's car died and we didn't know where to look or who to go to in terms of buying a new/pre-owned vehicle. You see, we both had our cars for a very long time. My husband had his car since 2022 (his first and only car ever) and it died on him so it was a cue for us to finally give in and go car shopping. We went to a few dealerships prior to coming here, based on a friend/neighbor's recommendation. He told us to go see someone by the name of Ian Rosby. When we arrive, lo and behold, the first person to greet us with a warm and friendly "Hello" was Ian! We didn't know it was him at the time so we were pleasantly surprised when we asked for Ian and he was like "That's me!" I think the heavens or the stars aligned for us that night because everything just fell into place. We had no idea what to expect as we never purchased a new/pre-owned vehicle before as our cars were either hand me downs or gifted by a parent. Ian made the process so effortlessly and seamless. He was very sweet, funny, talkative (in a good way), hospitable, not pushy at all, and an overall genuine guy. Some dealerships will have sale representatives that all they do is try to push a sale on you and make lucrative deals, but Ian was nothing like that. He never once pressured us for a sale and was very respectful. He gave us privacy when my husband and I wanted to talk about the details. He constantly checked up on us if we needed or wanted water or snacks too! We were looking at the pre-owned certified Subaru Onyx Outback in the color white with black trimming, that they had on deck and Ian encouraged us to take it for a spin. LET ME TELL YOU HOW SMOOTH THAT VEHICLE WAS! My husband took it for a test drive on the roads and highway and I was able to test drive it in the Subaru lot (I get nervous about driving SUVs as I prefer compact cars). The moment we touched the wheel of that vehicle, we fell in love. We had done heavy research prior on the different types of cars and we decided on getting a Subaru Forrester or Outback. What we were not prepared for was driving it home that night haha!! Although the vehicle was pre-owned, it was basically new. The interior and exterior were intact and there were even floor mats furnished inside. There was like less than 7,000 miles on it as well. After we test drove it, Ian, me, and my husband went inside to discuss logistics and financials. Ian, Sean, Shawn, and Joe were able to to work out a deal that fit our budget standards. Again, I reiterate, NOT ONCE did Ian remotely pressured us on a deal and even suggested that we could go home and think about it, if we weren't sure about the vehicle. Ian and staff didn't rush us out the door either after we made an agreement. Even though it was late and past closing time, Sean and Ian took their time to go over all the paperwork and made sure we had everything we needed. I am super grateful and thankful that we fell into Ian's hands. Everything just felt so natural, genuine, and right with him as our salesperson. Please, please, do yourself a favor and go see him if you're looking for a vehicle! He's honestly the best and he will always put all of your best interests into mind. The entire team is also wonderful as well! THANK YOU IAN AND THE SUBARU OF OP TEAM!!!!

I purchased a new Outback from Subaru of Orange Park and had a great experience. The transaction went smoothly, all my questions were answered and the dealership gave me a good trade-in price on my old vehicle. The staff is professional and welcoming. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase and offered contact information for any future questions. Highly recommend this dealership!

November 2022 we bought the Subaru crosstrek that we leased in 2019. We have taking the vehicle to the dealer for routine oil changes since the vehicle was originally leased. But lately(if not all the time) it seems Subaru of Orange park is using scare tactics to sell services and products not needed. For instance at the last visit, my wife was advised to to purchase a new battery. With no issues during cranking and only 40,000 miles, my wife was asked if she had jumper cables? My wife was told the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. The service representative and technician did not know the battery was tested prior to taking the vehicle in for service, and it showed not signs of being drained of cranking amps. We will not be bringing our vehicle back Subaru of Orange park.

TL;DR - They lie about their used car inspections, mislead you about warranty coverage, they don't stand by the cars they sell and their service department over charges and diagnoses it to the wrong repair anyway. All while raising their voice at you when you show any sign of frustration. You end up having HUGE potential repair bills on a car you just drove off the lot.Wife and I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT from them to replace a car my son totaled (he is fine). We negotiated a price of $9.5k for the car, and bought their Powertrain Plus warranty (highest level) for another $3k. As it had just come in from trade-in it hadn't gone through detailing and they hadn't really finished getting the car ready, so there were a few things they had agreed to.Day I pick it up it stalls on me as I am leaving the parking spot. Didn't even make it out of their lot. Turn RIGHT around, talk to Joe (The used sales manager) and he drives it...of course it drives fine. He tells me "You bought the extended warranty, so if it happens again just bring it back". Cool, fine. So I take it to my son. I'll fast forward here, but needless to say it stalls again. In addition we find: - Windshield wiper sprayers don't work - Left-side of the steering wheel doesn't work - Airbag light is onMy son works with Joe, who agrees to fix the wiper pump and diagnose the stalling issue. Cool. I bring it in on Saturday, they have no clue I am coming. fine, just work me in. Come mid-day I haven't heard squat, so I call. Speak to the "Service Manager" (you will find out later why it's quoted). He explains they didn't have an appointment and are usually 1/2 staffed on Sat, but they are going to work me in. I am cool at this point...my son probably screwed up the appointment or wasn't clear. Whatever.Gets to be late afternoon and no word, so I tell the wife just to head back and drop me off. Either way I have to get the car and leave, either with a diagnostics or not. On the way the SM calls. Tells me it's the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) and that it's not covered under the warranty and it will be $3000 to fix. I am not pissed, but I am a tad perturbed. I point out the irony that the Powertrain Plus warranty doesn't cover the Powertrain Control Module. The thing that runs the powertrain (engine). Mid sentence he interups me "If you'd let me finish!!!". I hang up on him. He calls me back and asks if I hung up on him. "Yes, I did" and I hang up again. Now I AM pissed.Get to Subaru, ask to speak to Joe. Joe is avoiding us. When he finally comes over (seemed like at least an hour later) he asks if I hung up on "person X". I said "Yes, I did". He tells me that's his GM. I tell him I don't care if it's Jack Hanania himself. I earned the right to be upset due to this situation. Joe goes back to talk to someone (assume the lying GM???). Comes back saying the best he can do is take $500 off the cost of the repair. I leave.Ended up taking it to a place in St. Augustine called Evans. They quote me $1300 for the PCM job. Ended up not even being that, but rather the Camshaft Sensor (also no covered under the warranty...go figure). Ended up be like $460 with their diag fee. Car is running perfect since.I also replaced the wheel clock spring myself. Cost $40 for the part and $6 for the socket I had to buy at Autozone. Took like an hour. That fixed the controls and the airbag light. Suburu did fix the wiper pump for the front (rear still doesn't work though, but whatever).Bottom line, don't buy a used car from them. I'd say don't buy any car from them, but you are probably OK buying a new car since the warranty is more comprehensive and through Subaru directly. Also, don't use their service department. Maybe it was a fluke, but had I ponied up the $2.5k they wanted for the PCM I'd have ended up with a car that was still broken since that wasn't even the problem. And I can bet their price for th

Honest, efficient and enjoyable. Rarely is buying a car ANY of these things, but MATT and Hanania Subaru team did them all in spades! I had a hard budget and I did my homework. Matt and the team didn't see me as a "sale," but as a hardworking person who was making a big decision. I visited a DOZEN dealerships, but I know within an hour that our car shopping was complete. There was no "fluff" or attempt to bait me into things I didn't want or couldn't afford. They stood behind their cars, they warranties and their customer care. 5 stars!!
