Great place to grab food if you’re on base! Closes later on so availability is great I havnt had them say they don’t have what I want yet so that’s great! Understaffed but can’t blame them for that they try there hardest and you can tell they also do a lot of mobile app deals so you can score some really good deals by ordering through that

Worst sub sandwich I’ve ever had. This was my first and last order from this store. I ordered thru my app, so didn’t see it till home. So much was missing it was flat as a pancake. Unable to go back to make them redo it right. They don’t answer their phone so I’m complaining here. I’ll stick with FireHouse Subs!!

Ya'll messed up bad. I used to work for subway. I know the formulas. I counted ingredients. I paid for extra meat and you ripped me off and knew you were doing it. Originally ordered a tuna/ add bacon. Got the call yall didn't have tuna. So I asked to make it like a blt, add bacon. Blt is 8 strips. with bacon added, 12 strips. I was cool about the change too. Denied the free cookie that was offered bc im understanding. But I paid extra and then you messed with my money. I'm gonna take this to corporate bc I really don't like how you guys pretended to be cool about it.You might get away with pulling these tricks on most folk. But I actually know better. You tried to hustle for the food cost. It didn't work.Also why did you guys add all those extra veggies?

my family and I haven't had Subway in a while due to bad experience. we have all missed it so much! Drive by saw the store and decided to give it a try!! Stire was so clean & inviting, all of the staff was welcoming & so very helpful and the subs were so fresh & absolutely delicious!! so much so, we went back the next day!!! I am grateful to give Subway another chance-at this store!!!

Annoyed you guys were closed with your open sign on. I get it - things happen and the holiday weekend and everything, but maybe turn off your open sign and put up a paper sign saying you guys are closed.

The guy making sandwiches worked as hard as he could to make me uncomfortable and mumbled. When I asked him to repeat himself he yelled loudly. Worst customer service ever. I had to walk out while he was making my sandwich because if I stayed any longer he would have succeeded in making me mad enough to yell at him. I just want a sandwich. Why make it complicated. If you don't like working somewhere then work somewhere else. Also, he wasn't wearing a name tag. And there were two other employees right there. Pretty sure one was his supervisor or manager. No one said anything.

Ordered lunch there today! Ordered online went to pick it up was done on time and the staff even called me on the way to let me know they were out of two items I requested!!! Excellent customer service will definitely be back! Thanks Subway on Mayport Rd

Nothing about this location feels clean enough to eat at. The staff didn't wear masks either time I went here- the first time was before the mask mandate was lifted. Sniffles while working with food and not changing gloves between taking someone's card and starting another sandwich. Very slow service. Gave it 2 stars because the twice I've been there they were friendly- just very slow. I just wanted to get my food and get out. While this location is close by, I've started driving further away to other Subway locations.
