I wasn’t able to get any food and waited in line for 10 mins with no acknowledgement. If you’re going to carry on a conversation with one customer, please acknowledge others in line so they know YOU know they are standing in line. And to call after me once I decide to leave will not make me come back.

Such great customer service and so clean! We ordered ahead and then wanted something else when we arrived. The manager was happy to recommend a drink and the 3 for $2.49 cookies without being pushy. The tuna sandwiches and veggies were fresh and the bread perfectly made.

do not go here extremely rude, horrible customer service!Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Extremely rude!!! I ordered from the website had it delivered $27 worth of food called back told the girl on the phone that not all of my order was here her first response is what do you want me to do about it I said I want you to refund me the difference in my money because I paid $27 and don't have all of my food so I want the money that I paid extra for what I did not get. She said I can't do that. I said well then get me somebody that can I want to talk to your manager she said she ain't here I said, when will she be there? What is her name She said F you and hung up on me. I called back to ask for a manager she said what do you want me to do about it boo she ain't here I said, what is your managers name? She said what is your name and hung up the phone Again. Two calls later finally got the name of the manager asked for the name of the girl that said F you to me which I know it was the same girl that answer the phone when I called the first time the girl finally gave me. The managers name would not give me the name of the girl that was extremely rude, your employees are extremely rude and if I could give negative stars I would, and to top it all off the sandwich I ordered was absolutely disgusting it was loaded with mayonnaise which I asked for light and I didn't have half the stuff on it that I asked for !! I've never been so disrespected and treated so horribly by fast food, workers in my entire life I worked fast food there's no sense in being nasty disgusting rude human beings!!!!!

I eat here at either lunch or dinner time monthly. While the early crew is more lively, Ramesh at night is great too.All sandwich makers here are adequate (which cannot be said for other nearby subways).I can't recall a time where they were out of something I wanted to orderb (which cannot be said for other nearby subways)Even their cookies and bread are always fresh...(which... You get it)

Ordered sub online. Picked it up, went to prepare for my meeting in an hour and discovered mid chew, NO meat or cheese, but loaded with veggies. Called, hoped back on the interstate, and picked up another sub. I wasn’t even offered a cookie for my time, patience and gas. I said seriously, everyone knows subway puts the meat and cheese on first. I tried to use a coupon so that others in my party could eat. The cashier said the machine wouldn’t take the VALID coupon with 5.99 for a foot long. I ended up paying double because the cashier wouldn’t manually make the adjustment.

Unfortunately, I was unable to take a picture of my sub. However, this is an average subway restaurant located on Norwood Avenue in the Gateway plaza. The staff at this location is extremely nice and always seem to be in good spirits whenever I go. The restaurant has always been tidy every time and is normally not super busy. The staff has always prepared my sandwich in a timely fashion and once again, is always friendly. To be honest, there's only one other subway location that I frequent where the staff is as friendly as this one.
