My daughter and I went to this Subway to get a quick bite in the evening. The staff was very uncommunicative and unfriendly and they basically just threw the food together. The subs were a mess! ( see picture). On top of that, one 6" chicken sub and one 6" veggie sub was $13 before tax!! Un believable. Go to Subway again? I think not!

3 of us stood in line on a slow Sunday and the girl never even acknowledged us - just looked down at her online orders and kept doing them. I guess we should have just ordered online? That's the new customer service world we live in????? Really???? We all left!

Walked in and I was the only person in there. Wasn't acknowledged for about 5 minutes but she kept looking at me, I guess hoping I'd go away. When she finally walks up she states very rudely, what do u want and what kind of bread. Obviously she doesn't want to be there and neither did I at that point. If it wasn't for my child I would have walked out which by the way I've never paid $9 for a kids meal at subway. As long as she's there I won't be back

What could've been a negative experience was saved by an employee I didn't get the name of yet. I called after waiting for 15 minutes with nobody coming out and going back to my car. He was very friendly and even gave me a free cookie for the wait. His kindness was infectious and made my day as apparently I did too with a dollar fifty tip. Will definitely be coming back. DO NOT ONLINE ORDER FROM HERE!!! They always mess it up. I ordered a steak and cheese and my boyfriend ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they seriously messed it up! I don't even understand how they did this. My steak and cheese had all the toppings for his sandwich and vice versa. Instead of mayo and mozzarella, my sandwich was covered in ranch, lettuce, and tomato. How does that happen!? It's an online order, everything is written out for you to follow. This was our 2nd attempt to order lunch from them. The first time the subs hardly had any meat and was mostly cheese.

All reviews over here looks totally bluff after reading those I personally went in this store and visited three different time in a month. Owner and one employee always in there. Very friendly and positive business. Food was fresh and nicely displayed. My sandwich was like a model, perfectly prepared and did not even use knife to close, evenly spread sauce too.People just complain and show sympathy for employees and blame management, and begging for free, coupons and discount and that’s rude.I never ask discount for my service. Many of restaurants do not honor it, and not my legal right if they don’t honor me and to blame them.

5 Star Service, and a 2 star management.Labor Day Weekend 2022, Monday 9/5/2022 around lunch time.I encountered the sweetest lady providing the most WONDERFUL customer service during the typical lunch hour rush. As I approached Subway, a typical line out the door ensued...but to my surprised only ONE staff member scheduled to work on one of the busiest holidays of the year. I cannot recall this woman's name, but she serve up patience, grace, and a wonderful attitude all with a smile as she navigated working the REGISTER, PREP LINE, AND ASSEMBLY all by herself. This just baffles me. How could management treat such a excellent employee with no one else to carry the burden during her shift. What we're to happen if she needed to go to the restroom? Or take a lunch break?Exactly- I will never be returning to this subway location again.At least all of the tip money I present went directly into this woman's pockets- think again Subway on Hodges + Atlantic, you're missing it.

Came in on Labor Day and was greeted by some of the best customer service from a sweet woman who had to work the lunch rush all by herself. She was very kind to all the customers and didn’t complain once that she had to work the day by herself. Really wish I could give this place 5 stars because the experience was great, but it is pretty ridiculous that the management and owners are making her work a full day alone. Again despite that the woman working was great and has to deserve some kind of pay raise. Whoever runs this place is really dropping the ball.

I've never had a meatless meatball sub before but I don't like it My wife just brought home a couple subs from this subway and I honestly couldn't tell where there was more bread inside or out. Simply horrible.
