Moved as an Army civilian. They broke my PC and refused to cover any part of it. It was packed my the movers with some coats and that's it.

Had Suddath for moving from Virginia in US to Finland in Europe. Was worried with the mix of negative reviews that were in the listing but my experience was great. There wasn't really anything to complain about and if I had to redo the whole thing I would want the crews that had worked on all the steps along the way for my move.

We recently relocated from Atlantic Beach to Nocatee FL. We engaged Suddath to assist in our move. Yana, the moving coordinator, contacted us, inquiring about our exit and entry timetable. We informed her of our date and time requirements to exit our then current house (in accordance with our sales agreement and Realtor) as well as the move to our new residence. Yana passed along our dates and times to the Suddath moving team. Yana followed up with us as our time to ‘the date’ moved closer. Yana was particularly helpful checking in to make sure we were on target for our pre-pack and final pack / boxing activities (we elected to pack our own boxes, as well as packing our pictures, etc.). She always assured us to call her at any time with questions / concerns. On the morning of our move-out ‘D-Day’, the Suddath team showed up just as planned! The three-man team introduced themselves, shook hands and assessed the home to be moved. They were very professional, took a quick inventor of our property and were appreciative of the pre-pack box labels, etc. (our thanks to Yana’s guidance!!). The move team laid down floor protection before the move began. They were careful moving boxes and furniture out of our house, never marking or damaging walls, floors or furniture. The team was impressive; you could tell they were used to working together and appeared to enjoy their job. The move-out was complete within 2 ½ hours!
Our household was scheduled to be delivered to our new residence at noon the next day. The Suddath team showed up on time and went to work just as diligently as they did with the move-out. We were impressed with both sides of the move. Can’t say enough about the friendly crew, their professionalism and care with our belongings.
We would 100% recommend Suddath to anyone with a move in their future. In summary:
• On time
• No damage to either residence
• No damage to our property
• Friendly people throughout the Suddath organization – from arranging a moving contract, to the moving coordinator, to the actual move team.
o Everyone knew what they were doing, and enjoyed their job
We have moved several times; this has been our best moving experience.

Like other negative reviews without a doubt, I can’t find a single positive thing to share about international move from Switzerland to US. The whole process was chaos from assessment of container size, packing team, loading team, local delivery, move coordinators and lost claim analysts. Each team blamed the other, yet ultimately they will do nothing to help or fix that doesn’t suit them. Our packers arrived and left because of “an injury” that was fabricated because the same person following day with no injury. We had to notify the coordinator as they had no clue that no one showed up to finish. Finally a local packer showed at 6pm (6 hours later) and said, I will stay in your apartment all night and sleep here to finish. Completely unprofessional. We lost opportunity for the original sea container to be used so we took a full extra day to complete and we had to do the coordination on site ourselves. The final loading was total chaos with many men in the apartment taking items unnumbered but we were busy monitoring progress in basement so we didn’t know they weren’t packed or numbered including a speaker system which was lost and our claim denied. We had no expectation everything would be perfect but never expected the ultimate in customer service failure. The final blow in the worst experience of our 6 moves was the SIRVA claims analysts. We submitted a claim for a $400 speaker system. At no time did they reach out for any additional details and the packers claimed “no items were left out of boxes” and because you signed the document (which we have no receipt or copy of the final signature), we deny your claim. So apparently the policy protects them but not the mover. My only advice to you in dealing with Siddath or the SIRVA moving team is don’t. Request another provider. There are way better options for quality moving companies and none worse we have worked with than Suddath.

RMS, 3rd party provider dropped and cracked my TV. The claim was filed with Suddath, Beatrice Kims, Customer Service Supervisor, and she has THE WORST attitude, and is very dismissive. Her attitude, is uncalled for, regardless of the turnout of the situation. I would have just given my TV to strangers and bought a new one, rather than to have this headache.... It's very frustrating. Don't waste your money on insurance, or this service. I had an AV person come and look and even they said it was dropped and the tv frame wasn't flushed and could tell it had been dropped, but instead of Suddath/RMS having a standard process for claims, I have to deal with a pissy attitude of a "Supervisor" ... I am pissed.
I was informed after services were completed that it was just approx. $300 something to crate and relo my tv, well, apparently, it was the same fee to uncrate it. They intentially avoided sharing that information explicitly.
My email to Beatrice:
Plastic on the TV doesn't suddenly cause the TV to be pixelated, or discolored. I had absolutely no issues prior to using this service. As a matter of fact, everyone involved in my move could vouch that the TV was on and displaying without any issues as I had soothing music playing for the movers so they wouldn't feel uncomfortable or stressed. It was unplugged and boxed, by the movers, it was uncrated by them, and yes I had delay on realizing the cracks in the screen, because I didn't have power to the television, but by no means, is my claim unwarranted. You have a very dismissive tone to my claim, as if I haven't already explained the issue to you, but the issue was non-existent prior to using this service.
The TV was dropped, and therefore, the screen was cracked, that you can see in almost a triangular shape and as to why it's discolored and pixelate
