Walked in and immediately there was a giant confederate flag. Really going to keep flying hate in 2023?

Absolutely ridiculous all employees are completely rude. Especially the lady who decided to put her hand on my fiancé. The owner was great but employees and there VOLUNTEERS NEED SOME TRAINING BEFORE BROUGHT INTO THE SHOP. Missed out on 200 dollars in sales on amplifiers for sound systems. Bc a volunteer told us to use a power outlet along with one other lady. I would like to remind everyone in the store putting hand on someone is acutely against the law. It isn’t our problem that your volunteer directed us to a booth to use a power outlet to check a product.LADY WITH THE GOLD BOOTH TO THE RIGHT OF REGISTERS IS A COMPLETE B$&@$ and hopefully gets what she deserves.

I collect antiques and regularly frequent antique shops. I have never experienced the treatment upon entering other shops that I did at this place. We weren’t greeted with a hello or welcome, just a loud demand that I lock up my purse in a locker from the gentleman behind the counter.I should have left immediately but wanted to see what this place had to offer. Being that you are treated like a criminal immediately upon entering, I assumed they had some great items. You would expect that they have items worth stealing (joke), but unless you can fit an overpriced bureau in your purse, I can assure you that’s not the case.I did find something I would have bought had I not still been seething from the crass greeting I received upon arrival. There are much nicer antique shops that make you feel welcome.Owners, just because you had some bad experiences, I assure you that the majority of people who shop in antique shops are not criminals. Don’t tar everyone with the same brush and lose potential business.

Was told and escorted to take an amplifier to a booth with an outlet by an employee to test it for purchase, while testing the amp, a female walked over and very loudly said “who are these boys in my booth” and began creating a disturbance. I advised the lady that an employee brought us here to test an amplifier so I could purchase it, she kept talking over me and ignoring what I was saying as she repetitively yelled “get out of my booth” furthermore creating a disturbance. An un-informed different employee walks over and tells us we need to leave the store immediately with out the knowledge of what actually was going on. As I collected the amp that was very heavy and brought it to where I found it , the employee begins yelling at me, stating that I needed to give her the amp, I tried telling her that it was extremely heavy and that I did not want her to drop it as it was in a hard to reach location. She refused to listen and attempted to grab me. I gave her the amp and left the store where I told the manger what happened in full detail. Two customers walked out and told the manger as well that the lady who has the booth to the right of the desk with the jewelry, instigated the whole interaction and was nothing but vicious and rude, and so was the employee that was there as well. It’s very unfortunate there are people like this in our society that would say the things she said and demonize me because I look “like a boy” according to vendor. As someone who serves this state as a first responder and who makes sacrifices every day to keep people safe, it saddens me that this is how I’m treated when all I was doing was just making sure an amp works. After I was given clear instruction to use the power outlet in that booth. May God bless the lady that started this incident and bring peace to her days. And to the two customers that witnessed what happened and had our backs, I appreciate you two very much.I’m closing , all that lady needed to do was ask what we’re doing and if it was an issue, to politely ask us to relocate, not create a major disturbance in the store.

Well....I haven't yet bought anything here. Sadly the things that catch my eye are up on too in the "not for sale" section. But, it's definitely more of my type of antique mall. Can't stand the bigger places that are higher end (you know...fancy mirrors and headboards and furniture etc costing thousands). Just wish the owner would part with some of the stuff on top.

This is a wonder filled place of days gone by. Yet still offers up unique arts pieces for your home or as a gift. I easily spend 3 hrs! Clean bathrooms, lock up your purse for security in thier cabinets with key and a great place to bring out of town guests. Walk through time looking at so many things!

Love the idea of not carrying my handbag while shopping. They have lockers to keep your handbag safe while you can put your finds at the desk until you pay. A very unique antique store with friendly staff. We will be going back.

Love this Antique Mall. I always find a treasure. They recently changed it up a little. Added a few more booths and the results are great.

Ok, it's got a very good selection of items. And there is something there for everyone. It's a bit tight as the aisles are narrow. But the reason for the 1 star review is the management. They are obsessed with shoplifting and you are accused of being a shop lifter if you carry a purse in the store. They make you put it in a locker. There are hundreds of "no shoplifting" signs throughout the store. So what has happened here is someone stole something once and now they look at everyone as a thief. Not very customer friendly. We found two items we wanted to buy, but decided against it, because I didn't want to reward them for their policies. Also saw two people immediately leave when they were told they couldn't have their purse with them. So honestly they are losing business anyway. It's fine if that's their stance, but we won't go back.

I felt inclined to boast about my favorite local antique mall. I drive 30 mins from downtown to peruse the stalls here because 1) everyone that works here is SO KIND and helpful. I've even been on a semi-annual sale weekend when it's crazy busy, and the staff is still attentive and willing to assist. I'm really not sure what crawled up the skirt of the women that left bad reviews about the staff. It's definitely not their fault that sticky fingered little weasels have caused the new "check your large bag at the front" rule. They give you a locker and a key. Or, do what I do and leave it in your car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I find it gets in the way anyhow. 2) they really have some of the best selections in the area. I find everything from antiques to local handmade items and even live plants! I'm on my way back again today to treat myself for my birthday. Don't listen to the negative reviews when they come from a place of snobbery. Listen to the positive ones that were written out of genuine emotion.

Stopped in as a first time customer today. Two steps in the door with my daughter, she was questioned about her handbag and told she would have to lock it in a locker. We secured the bag in the car. The sales person was a bit rude and condescending. As we were walking around the place, there were several ladies with handbags as large or larger than ours. I'm sorry but this really made me angry and I feel like we were discriminated against. I don't mind following rules but they should apply to everyone.

If you are a first time visitor, if your purse is too big, they will make you lock it up in a locker. My personal choice was to leave. If you are going to treat me like a thief upon walking in, I won't give you my business. I had a cross body and it was too big, seriously if someone wants to steal they will find a way. I gave them a 3 because as business owners it is their right to run their store how they see fit. However, it is not a good customer service practice.
