It was easy to make a convenient, same day appointment to get a new set of tires. They discovered and showed me the front sway bar linkage issue, and replaced those too. Repair time was reasonable. Service rep was awesome!!!

Carlos is the best ever! He is professional, thorough, caring & an excellent service provider. I advised him I was trying to meet my family for an early dinner but desperately needed 4 new tires. Safety and quality was his concern but he took in consideration my timeline and got me in and out without hesitation to make it to the dinner! Thanks Carlos, I will be back for my future car needs!!

Had a great experience at Mavis at 14175 Beach Boulevard. They did a great job on my previous visit, so I returned when an issue arose last weekend. They were able to diagnose the issue and resolve it the same day. The staff is always kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.
