Slow af. Idk why it's taking Hagan 500 hours to count 500 dollars. She's barely said anything at all. Also yall need to take down the "Jesus loves you" sign in the drive though window. Never coming here again

I'm withdrawing all my money, discontinuing all my direct deposits, and CLOSING my account. I have never encountered a more screwed up bank. Incompetent personnel, managers always absent, negligent, and seemingly clueless in matters that concern customers' complaints. Truist just plain SUCKS. Good riddance. I don't expect this financial institution to be around much longer.

I took my first review down after speaking with the GM, but I'm putting it back here because Ebony ran a credit check without my permission and told me it was for something I didn't even need a credit check for after speaking with customer service. I received an alert from credit karma and Experian, saying I was in the market for a mortgage loan and that a mortgage lender ran my credit on Jan 10th, which is the day I went inside this branch, but only for a temporary card.I DO NOT NEED A MORTGAGE LOAN and did not ask for one! I'd avoid this branch if I were you. I've never received good service here and had avoided this branch for a few years. This is the first time I felt the need to submit a review, very upset at the quality of service and lack of professionalism.

Customer of SunTrust/Truist for about 15 years. Went to the teller at this branch for a roll of quarters. Provided the teller with cash for the roll. The teller asked if I was a Customer which I responded, yes. The teller then requested identification, which I provided my conceal weapons license. (State of Florida issued) That was not acceptable to the teller. Why is my identification needed for a roll of quarters when cash is provided? If the teller needed to confirm that I was an account holder, maybe he should have as for my account number or debit card. Totally unacceptable interaction at this branch. Currently reviewing a possible bank change. Do not use Truist

I deposited $1,000.00 in the machine at this location a month ago. The machine took the money but didn't put it in the account. They said the people that own the machine out front said all money was counted for. So where did the $1,000 go. We asked to speak to Corporate but no one has called. I have receipt and paper trail of it but they just took it.

Banked here 10+ years. Waited for Notary services, lady said she could notarize my document but I mistakenly signed an area that she needed me to sign in front of her. I would have to reprint, I said don't you have a printer here I could quickly in print this page? She laughed, said of course we have a printer here and then emphasized " YOU have to print it" and advised me to go across st to office max. REALLY?! Or to go home.... I guess being a loyal customer can't even afford me 1 piece of paper with a printer right in front of of her face..

Really disappointed in the service I received from the banker here. After spending over 8 hours on hold with Truist trying to get help and going to 3 different branches I was finally put with a banker here. She did not even check my transaction that I was inquiring about and informed me that there was no way for me to get my money back, it was a zelle transaction to a number with no registered zelle account. She informed me that there was no way for me to get my money back and I would have to file a dispute on my app, which I didn’t know how to do. Moments later the branch manager walked in and told me she could file a dispute herself. The other banker told me they couldn’t file disputes then changed her story when the branch manager walked in. The next day I called truist at St. John’s town center and they were able to help me cancel the transaction within 5 minutes. So sad how I’ll informed this banker was and after all my efforts she just wanted me to call the Truist fraud department for something that was not fraud. Will never go to this branch again. Wish I could remember her name. Tellers were extremely kind.

The teller refused to except my deposit with out my ID. I went into branch to explain have deposited money hundreds of times with no ID then the teller Cora Vanden informed me the other tellers have been doing it wrong. She was very snippy and ready to show her power and authority advising other tellers that I would need an ID to deposit money I complyed but I will be reaching out to corporate she was so confident she gave me her business card and offered to print the policy for me which I said I would like to see.. then I was directed to look up policy at truist.com. I will be calling and complaining an see if she is right or wrong

I have been a customer of suntrust for almost 20 years I have visited the branch on lane Avenue many times at least 100 times I at 1 point in my life have had over a 100 K in my accounts at suntrust I always had a pleasant experience at this location until I met a teller named Kora Vaden she was one of the rudest and unprofessional and to argue with me about having an ID to deposit money into my account.it is unfortunate that I had to experience this because typically I used the ATM and never go inside the branch is the branch.. hopefully this transition hurrys up so I never have to deal with her again!!
