Monquic is AMAZING and very knowledgeable of her job! She has great customer service with a friendly smile. Lona and Mike branch manager were able to quickly assist me with a money order that had a hold placed on it for the high amount deposited. I appreciate being able to run in and run out in no time. This isn’t the first great experience with the Oakleaf team, they deserve a raise!!!! ?

I went to close the account and they say that I just withdrew all the money out so they have to wait 24 hours to close out the account. However the guy name Mike says he will set a reminder for himself to close it for me so I dont need to do anything. After 3 weeks now still not closed. If I didn't check today, they will charge me $12 monthly maintainence again on the 23rd. I have to call them this time to close cause I don't trust going into the branch in Argyle forest blvd, Jacksonville FL

Website does not work, app is broke. I can’t pay off my car unless I come in. Call center hold 40 minutes. No call back after I accidentally hung up. absolutely terrible

The Bank manager was awesome! He stayed an hour over after the bank closed to help me with my account that was hacked to secure it! This bank reported fraud to me and saved and secured my money! 100% satisfied and they went over and above!

This is a warning not to do your banking with Suntrust. My daughter opened an bank account a couple of weeks ago because she just moved to the area and got her first job out of college. Well the nightmare started on Friday, she deposited her first pay check. When she went to look at her account on line the next day she could not access her account. She called Customer service and was told her account was closed due to suspected fraudulent activity. They said no other information could be provided and she would get a letter in the mail. We had to wait all weekend and Monday due to the holiday to go to the local office. She went in to the office and was told that there was suspected fraudulent activity with the check so the fraud department has a hold on the account. She was also told that maybe she should bank somewhere else. She came home and I returned to the bank with her and asked more questions. I have been with this bank for a while and have a enough money to cover her paycheck a thousand times over. I spoke to Mike Lemus the AVP of this branch and was told by him he that her check had not cleared. I understand banking pretty well with my line of work and they should have been able to tell if the check could clear the account on Friday. They have basically placed an unnecessary hold on her account for no reason other than to screw with a young adult who is trying to get her self started. She has another account at a another bank never an issue. She is a school teacher and no other teacher at her school had an issue cashing their check. So now we are playing the waiting game to see how long before they lift the hold. This is a tactic that bad banks use to get the customer caught up in a vicious cycle of bank fees. Read the reviews on line, they do this a lot!! Stay Away…

Customer
