The customer service was horrible! I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years since Suntrust and I cannot believe the lackluster attitude that they had toward me. All I wanted was a simple proof of funds letter to provide for an investment and they refused to give me any kind of letter and also refused to provide a reason why. Only saying that they will print out my bank statement??? The purpose of a proof of funds letter is so that the other party knows that you have the money needed but it doesn't allow them to see my purchases and/or full account balance. Banks all over the country provide this and this Truist branch would not work with me, only in giving me a bank statement. They didn't even bother bringing the manager (Leeanne Greene) out to speak to me so that she could explain why they will not provide some document that could suffice. I felt as if they did not care about my situation and would rather not be bothered....

Brenda and the ladies are outstanding with customer service. I like to go inside to get the 1 on 1 service and talk a bit. Gives you the small town feel.

I have been banking with SunTrust at the Julington Creek branch since we moved here nearly two years ago. The friendliness, helpfulness, and service from the entire staff is outstanding. I have had a wide variety of banking needs, including things like notarization and wire transfers, and they always help promptly and efficiently, and with a smile. Shout out to the branch manager, Leeanne, who leads by example and is meticulous in her follow up. Cannot recommend them more highly.

I opened a business account here a few months ago. Unfortunately, the business account doesn't allow mobile deposit so I frequent the branch weekly. I am very pleased with the staff at this branch. Always friendly, helpful and somehow they remember who I am. It is a nice touch that makes me appreciate their efforts. The account features aren't quite as advanced as some of the bigger banks but it seems to serve my needs well enough. I would be tempted to move my personal accounts here but for slightly inferior account features. The people, however, are a big plus!
