“Amazing idea of a Store/grocery/protein drinks. Your one stop shop. I love this place and the owner is a sweet amazing woman and very helpful! Definitely a recommended spot!”
“My favorite place to get groceries. Fastest shopping available. Always clean, never too long of a wait. Bring a quarter for the cart and then get your quarter back”
“Went in for my first Publix sub and Gabriel was awesome. He helped me decide on the perfect (and I mean perfect) sub and was happy to do so. He knows what he's doing and they better keep letting him do it. An absolutely wonderful experience.”
“Store is usually very clean and staff are super friendly! It's usually pretty busy, but it's Town Center so what can ya expect?
Only reason for the lost star is that the deli can be VERY slow and inconsistent. I stopped going there for pub subs, I just can't deal with the struggle anymore.”

“My daughter and I visited Publix tonight. She loves getting a cookie from the bakery. The associate was busy assisting another customer so my daughter and I decided to start our shopping. We were in the frozen food section when Kiera from the bakery approached us with two cookies. She noticed us waiting and wanted to make sure my daughter received her cookie. My 10-year-old said Kiera has a sweet spirit. She also has amazing customer service. Thank you again Kiera for going above and beyond and for extraordinary customer service! Michele and Kennedy Johnson”
“I haven't ever been to a Publix grocery that I was unhappy with. Publix might be a little bit more expensive than other grocery stores but there always very nice and clean and that's the main reason in my book anyway but the employees are always very polite and knowledgeable about whatever you're looking for is located and overall just one of the best grocery stores you'll find in Jacksonville !”

“They carry great product such as Mayport shrimp, Vigo u-select yellow rice, Honey Nut Cheerios, free range brown eggs, vanilla non-sweetened Almond Breeze milk and Dole berry smoothie mix, oat milk Bryers vanilla ice cream, cut melon and fruit with coconut vanilla yogurt, deli tortilla chips and spicy pico, Rao’s sensitive and DeCecco spaghetti, organic green olives, and French Brie cheese with fresh toasts. On occasion, I purchase a glazed donut. I always hope for a better customer service experience.
They carry the really nice TimberWick candle. The ember glow scent is good and there are also other pleasant scents. They make a great gift. The candle goes on buy one get one. The all glass Village Candle is beautiful, especially the fresh cut peony. ? ? ?”
“Awesome place, very well run. A pleasure to shop, except for the price. Ready made wings, popcorn chicken, and subs are very reasonable prices. And the buy one get one free deals are great. But I can't afford to do all my grocerie shopping here.”
“I feel like Aldi is that secret gem that has specials and unique items that you didn't even know you needed, let alone knew existed. Well worth the quarter for a shopping cart, or if you haven't already gotten on the recycled use shopping bag trend you will when you come here and find so much more then you expected to get.”

“I would like to state that Justin / Ericka in the bakery are super awesome. These two went above and beyond to make my shopping experience smooth and easy. Justin took his time with explaining the sizes / varieties of cake and made sure my order was to my liking. Justin / Erika keep being awesome you two truly are great assets to Publix I will recommend your bakery to all family / friends for every occasion.”
“Will be shopping here more often! I stopped by here after going to Walmart. I was looking for oranges because the Walmart that I was at had none that I wanted. The price is at Aldi are outstanding they're about $1.50 less than what I paid at Walmart normally for the same type of oranges. Everything there just seemed fresher. The savings over Walmart is very small but the experience at Aldi is much higher. I think from this point out all my produce will come from Aldi.”
“Publix is great, the store deserves 5 stars if it were not for the pharmacy. Personnel there is incompetent to say the least. I even got Medicare on the phone with them and their representative gave up as suggested I go to another pharmacy, which for that prescription I had to do. Publix had the medication but could not get the billing right, charging full price for a covered medication that I then got across the street from CVS immediately and without a hassle. This has happened frequently with different medications. Makes me wonder if they even dispense the right stuff. Mentioned it to store management. They were aware of issues but apparently have no control over the pharmacy.”

“Nice people, clean store, they just need to repair their bike rack. That is why I took 1 star away. This area has lots of bicyclist and a secure place to lock your bike is important.”
“Javon is the best cashier at any Aldi I've been to because he respects your items! He nicely placed items in the cart, which I've never had at any Aldi location in the many years we've shopped with Aldi. I've had cashiers actually throw my items on the floor or break my items because they are scanning and moving items so quickly. Javon was still quick at checking us out, but treated our items nicely and was very polite to us as well. Just wanted to give him credit.”
“This is my neighborhood Publix and I'm here several times a week.
They are always great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the quality of the fresh foods is unbeatable, and I do love those BOGOs!
There are also great businesses attached to this Publix making it even more convenient like Reveal: Waxing and Skincare, GNC, and a Starbucks out front!
Not only is this Publix the best in Jacksonville (I can say this with certainty since I've both lived and worked next to many Publix locations for 20 years now) even when they rarely make mistakes that always solve them fairly and quickly.
I wish I could give 6 stars!”
“Is Publix is very interesting. I'm not sure when it was built but the decor is all the same and it's been that way for at least the 25 years I've been going to this Publix. There's no such thing as a bad public so this would obviously gets five stars. It's just kind of fun to go into the store and see how different it is from other Publix supermarkets”
“I love Aldi stores. They are not regular grocery stores. They really are specialty stores, places where you can get things you normally wouldn't be able to or even think of getting in a regular store. I just love it. I love the fruits and vegetables very good quality. My one complaint with this storage that they don't have motorized carts for disabled people. The wheelchair just won't do it. And they have so many great things you want to look at. If you're disabled you can't really stay in the store because it means you have to walk it and it's just not possible when you can't walk/stand for long periods of time. Also, I do wish that they had more clerks to check people out rather than just one line. That line gets extremely long really quickly. Or a couple of self-checkout lines if they don't want to hire anybody else.”
“Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I had problems when I first used them for church order, however problems were resolved when I met and got to know Deli Mgr. Miss. Carla she is just excellent and knowledgeable about the availability of her department. Many kudos and prayers for her.”

“Throughout my life I have met some extraordinary people. But nothing has ever compared to the joy and happiness I received from working in the Deli at Publix on the corner of SanPablo and Beach Blvd across from a church who believe has the greatest praise and worship team in the City(church of eleven 22)! Not only was today one of the most heartfelt loving days of my life. But, seeing so many of the amazing people smiles I had the pleasures of working with and for was priceless! From hugs to smiles and even some accolades that were so desperately needed I nearly let lose tears of joy. So once again it gives me no greater joy than to let the world know where the greatest Deli and Grocery store in the country is located, SanPablo and Beach Blvd.If I could give 10 stars I would give 20!”
“We really enjoyed to be there as usual but this time Publix was very well represented by one of the employees. Mason was very helpful, gentle and kind. Congrats!!!”
“They carry wonderful dark chocolate variations. I quickly glance at their home items.
I really like using their canned chili and alfredo sauce. I purchase the better looking fresh mango slices, pepper grinder, sea salt grinder, pink salt grinder, organic glass spices, strawberry nutrigrain bars, apple sauce, honey, fall pumpkin, and cranberry juice.
The sweet potato chips, Italian sweet cream coffee creamer, chocolate hazelnut spread, and white cheddar puffs are for fun.”
“I like Publix a lot, but this branch is my favorite in particular, it has a large parking lot and the delicatessen area has a space to sit down and eat. I find it bigger, cleaner and more orderly than all the others, therefore you find a wide variety of products and as in all Publix the staff is very friendly.”
“Cashier Amy H. Is absolutely amazing!!! She deserves a raise. Treats me with respect every time I come here. Always makes conversations with her customers which I love!”
“So I just wanted to share my experience with one of your employees that works there. Times are tough we all know that I was in line and I had asked about paying with three different forms of payment some cash and two different cards. So by the time we got to the end of the transaction both my first payments went through but the last payment of $22 did not go through and I felt like I was having a mini panic attack from like all the people in line and feeling embarrassed and I said I'm sorry to hold up the line I just want to check my checking account and find out how much I have I know it's cutting it close type thing and so I did that and the remainder was $22 and I had like $21.30. I looked to the gentleman and told him I had 21:30 so I just need to take one thing off but he said don't worry about it I've got it. There were so many people still waiting so I looked at him shocked and I said thank you and I walked out to put my groceries away and I came back because I wanted to get his cash app to pay him but he told me that he was a single dad of three kids and that he understood that times are tough and that I didn't have to worry about it he said he didn't have a cash app and not to worry about it and I just wanted to say he is an exceptional person to do that for someone he did not know and y'all need to know what kind of awesome employee that you have working for you. When he sees this he will know who he is thank you and God bless you. That was my groceries for my kids for the week and I don't have any food assistance so that really was a blessing.”
“They are currently renovating this store billing. It from the ground up. I cannot wait for it to get done. The people there were always very nice and the store is right around the corner from my house.”

“Love this store but they need work on the deli dept. Last two times I bought a box of mixed fried chicken to serve for dinner was horrible. Chicken was so over cooked the meat so tuff that we couldn't even eat it. Will not be getting this ever again at this location.”
“To my countrymen, I remind you that prices scare people away. It cannot be that a cream punch (the original) costs more than 10 USD than in a liquor store. Excellent attention.”
“The employee Hunter was very helpful and went way out if his way to ask us if we needed anything. Then went in the back to look if they had more. Just like the good customer sevice from back in the day.”
“Good Publix. Has good selection for the area and is clean enough to feel comfortable buying food. Can get busy around the deli, and can sometimes feel a little understaffed for the busy times, but effective even if not efficient at times.”
“Can't speak to stocking, but they had the one item I needed. 5 stars is for the lady working the front who offered my daughter a coloring page with crayons. Small things have big impacts.”
