Not very happy with my time at this store. Went in to get a product and was told they had a promotion going on for it. I asked several times if it was attached to a service that I need to pay for and they said no. They kept insisting I take there free item promotion just pay taxes. I agreed and guess what I find on my account 2 weeks later????? The audacity of these people at this store to lie to me to my face ?

I called 611 T-mobile customer service on Friday July 14th because during phone calls, the sound would fade out. On the first call the person identified himself, and I verified myself, once I explained my issue, the sound faded out and he couldn't hear me anymore so that call ended. I made a second call T-mobile 611, again that person identified herself, I explained my issue before identifying myself, and that person in a very demanding tone, told me to go into the store without trying to assist me. I asked the person what she said, and again with her TERRIBLE TONE... advised me to go into the store, and the call ended. On Saturday morning July 15th I went to T-mobile store number 2404 on Merrill Road, and I received the best customer service Sonya, Damiek and Dina were working. Upon entering the store I was greeted with "good morning how may we assist you", I advised them of the issue with the sound fading in and out during calls. They did a few test calls, with my phone and my issue was resolved. I've gone into this store on several occasions and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING!!! A few months back I had another issue with my phone, I called T-mobile customer service, about my issue, not being able to open forms/ documents on my phone, again they couldn't assist me, so I went to this same location were I purchased my phone (store 2404), Sonya and Johnathan assisted me on that day resolving my issue. From my experience, I won't be calling 611 T-mobile customer service again, it's a total waste of time. Knowledge less representatives with terrible attitudes. I'll go to T-mobile store number 2404 Merrill Road, were customer's are greeted with a smile, treated with respect by knowledge employee's!!! Very pleasant, comfortable, clean, flexible, and upbeat! I found a friend there and our conversation was productive and true, which in my travels their type of personalities are few. A group of co- worker's that respect and can communicate well amongst themselves. The trip was well worthwhile!

Very rude and unprofessional. This store has been nothing but problems since I moved locations. First, they charged me for switching my screen protector when I’m paying for insurance and got it from them. Second, I tried to switch my screen protector from another phone and told me that they can’t because it doesn’t show up in their system. I have done that so many time before it makes me question what their motives are. And they wanted to charge for a fee that they didn’t know what it was about. Never again will I come here

Not happy at all with them. Although he was pleasant and courteous, Customer service was very uncooperative. Had to jump through hoops and did not receive the service as expected. Very unhappy with this particular store.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer since 2004. In all my years as a customer I have never had any service issues. I moved to the Arlington area and visit the Merrill Road store for all my needs. The staff is always friendly and thorough.

Shop this location!!!KARL is phenomenal.The phone I needed wasn’t in stock at his location so he took initiative to go above and beyond by driving an HOUR to go to another location to pick up my phones and set them up for me!!!This has to be the absolute best service I’ve ever received by far! I will continue to be a loyal T-mobile customer because I know for sure I’m getting the best service for my devices and for my family as customers!T-MOBILE GIVE KARL A RAISE!!!! Five star manager!
