Went in today to have help on my phone that has been messing up and also was concerned about my bill. Brookllyn took the time to explain ann also fix my phone without any hesitations!! Great customer service provided. I first was hesitant since the other employees seemed too busy on the telephones.

I really didn't like the customer service received at this store. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills. For one when I walk in the store at 730 pm yes I understand you'll close at 8 pm but the individual sales person didn't even stand up on her feet to greet me she continued to sit at the table as a customer how rude. When ask about purchasing a phone 1st thing she says we can't do that its to late but yet a customer walks in after me about 5 minutes later and another sales associate comes from outside taking his break to wait on this individual and sales her a phone. Wow the customer service socks. Even while asking the individual about plans she tells me oh no we don't have that plan after I just spoke with a sales associate the day before at Rivercity T-mobile store. From now on I will not do business with this store because of the professionalism. If you close at 8 pm you work to 8 pm or clock out and go home. At least don't make the customer feel as if I was bothering you by coming in your place of business to spend my money. I'm wasn’t asking you to give me anything. This location puts a bad taste in my mouth concerning customer service.

Brad is an exceptional professional. I had a very unique problem and needed to make only one international call. With his help I was able to pay the minimal sum and made the call. Extremely thankful to him give that man a raise!!

I walked in this place and stood for 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me or came to my aide. If you a black man don’t go to T-Mobile. The worst customer service I seen.

Kristian was absolutley AMAZING. So friendly and very helpful. They were busy when we came in but we were greeted by all the staff on duty which was very nice and our wait was not long at all. This will Definetly be my go to location from here on out if I'm in need of anything with my service. Kristian explained eveeuthing up front with me in regards to the services changes I was making which was excellent. Also The manager on duty was Amazing as well and very welcoming. They have a very friendly staff here. Thank you all for great service it's much appreciated.

had a nightmare with T mobile. went to their store on Normandy by Winn Dixie and the guy took out my SIM card from the phone without turning the phone off or asking if I knew the pin. The phone locked. Since I used Face ID and keychain for passwords for 5 years, I didn't know my passwords. ICloud and Apple ID need password. I only wanted to move my service to T-Mobile because I had just paid off my phone with another carrier. Now I have been with Apple and Yahoo trying to get my passwords and unlock my phone. I went to Orange Park away from idiots to get a new phone but my life is still locked in my old phone. I am sad and mad and having nightmares.

Omar Flourney is very disrespectful and is a bully! I have never experienced customer service like this and super disappointed overall and would never recommend this store!!!
