I went to the T-Mobile on 103rd St,. because I had a problem with some apps not installing on my phone. The young man discovered what the problem was and resolved the issue. I went there another time for a phone type issue and they resolved the issue. They are the best❣️

Do not waste your time here! I can count on one hand how many times I have come here and every time I have they are rude and no help at all. I walked in and was waiting for help. A lady who worked there came from the back, leaned over one of the desks and just stared at me until I started to walk towards her and ask for help. No "Hi welcome." Or "how can I help you". All I needed was a new screen protector for my phone. I asked her if they have one. She proceeds to answer still hunched over at the counter with her fingers in her mouth! Side note, she's wearing a mask... what's the freaking point of wearing a mask if you're going to have it on and pulled down with your finger in your mouth? Any who, she asks what phone I have. I tell her and she tells me she doesn't think they have one. So I go to look to double check because she showed no signs of wanting to help and know for sure whether they do or don't. Some guy comes from the back and she asks him and he's like no. We don't. And then doesn't even offer to look up a store nearby that would have it... I've been a T-Mobile customer for years now and this is the only store I regret walking into every time I do. This will be the last time I come to this location.

Recently switched to t-mobile and heem helped me switch from boost, spent 3 hours to help us out going through this whole process. He was very patient and gave us a great deal for 2 new phones 10/10 service ?. Deserves a raise for hard work!

Told I was getting a promotion of 3 free sync up trackers with buying the T-Mobile home internet. I didn't care or want these trackers they just gave them to me and said T-Mobile is paying for it. I asked what the 5 dollars a month was and she said it's completely free. Come to find out there's a monthly charge on these "free" trackers I didn't even ask for.Feels unfair to sneak something like a monthly charge into a purchase without letting the buyer know. Not real sales when the buyer is not made aware or condoning a purchase. I felt forced into something and is not what should represent the T-Mobile company. Give me honesty and vulnerability and give me the option to choose if I want it. -5 stars for me. Every time you walk into one of these stores you have to ask 100 questions and you better watch your back or they might give you a subscription you can't afford and never asked for

Heem was awesome ? , stayed with us until the whole thing was over with boost, still wasn't able to get my other number from them but he was able to hook me up good !

The only reason why I’m giving them one star is because they don’t pick up their phone, I brought a pair of headphone and totally forgot them in the store I realize I didn’t have them on way out of town was calling them the whole time and know one ever picked up the phone ??????

In the past I had to get a replacement phone. They sent it to This store. When I got the text and went to the store they told me they didn't have it. I told them I got a text so the phone should be there. After acting like they were looking for it they told me they had to SELL the phone because they didn't have one in stock. So I started getting the phones when i needed a replacement sent to my home. FAST FORWARD They received my phone to the store on Tuesday 29th of August. I didn't get a text from T-Mobile so I called to inquire about my phone. They told me the date the phone was received at the store. 2 different people called, The agent and The TECH and the phone was not there. I advised them not to waste their time because they are going to say the phone is not there. TMOBILE needs to remove them from their franchise!!!

This T-Mobile is the most unprofessional company I've ever been to. Everyone who works here are kids who don't have any idea what their doing, barley answer the phone, they don't know how to fix what the did wrong, rude, unprofessional, and any chance they get they just will make you call someone else or place you on hold long enough that makes you want to hang up.
