???????Sales rep ****305Went in to pay a $15 bill that I had in hand ...employee charged me $569 without saying a word. They used a handheld device where you can not verify the total you are paying. After speaking with store manager several times he said that corporate was going to send a refund via pre paid card. When I called to check status today, corporate said it was not the case the refund had been denied. Even though it wasn't owed.BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION WHEN PAYING!!!

From the moment I walked in the door Lulu gave the BEST customer service I have received anywhere in years! She spent so much time helping me and no matter what question I asked she had the answer. She was friendly, not pushy, patient and very knowledgeable. This particular location is across town for me and I will forever make the drive to see HER when I need in-store help, bypassing the 2 locations that are closer to me. I hope T-Mobile knows what a gem she is!

Ordered an upgrade for in-store pick up and was treated poorly. I came in with my two small children and immediately felt unwelcome. They said “hi welcome to t mobile” to the single man who came in behind me but completely ignored me. The woman who helped me seemed to have just no clue about her job. I showed her the receipt as the instructions say and she said she didn’t know what that was and then proceeded to tell me that my new phone was not there (despite the fact that I called this location this morning as soon as they opened to make sure it was ready for pick up). Then she told me that they did in fact have it but she “didn’t know what I wanted.” I expressed frustration at how overly complicated the process was by saying “it’s always a pain dealing with TMobile” and she left me and when to the back room. She retuned again and took my ID and then tossed the bag with my new phone on the table and began to take off to the back room again. I stopped her and said “wait, what do I do with my trade in?” She talked down to me saying “it’s already in your email and that you gotta buy ya own box”. So I left and immediately called customer service who informed me it is indeed NOT an email but they do actually send me a physical box. I’ve complained to customer service about the way I was treated in store and they were very kind. I am happy with the way T Mobile hotline has handled this situation but the poor service in this store needs to be addressed. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Absolutely the best Customer Service I’ve received in a long time!!! David R. (Mobile Expert) is very knowledgeable and passionate. I was having a really rough day after someone hacked one of my accounts on my device and David R. exhausted a very thorough search to make sure everything else was okay. Believe me. . .I had an abundance of questions and issues and David R. never once made me feel like he was rushing me out of the establishment and spent a more than reasonable amount of time answering all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the services provided and highly recommend him and the San Jose Blvd. location to those that need assistance! Job well done!!! Thanks David R.

I visited the T Mobile store on Hodges/Beach in Jacksonville. Fl to sign up for TMobile home internet. The system works great and as advertised in my home. The gentleman, Dante' Roberts, who was the rep. at the store who helped me gave me great service when signing up. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the cost and how to set up and use the equipment. He actually took the time to walk me through setting up a new account and setup the gateway for me while I was in the store. Recommend this T Mobile store highly. And now I am saving $55/month on internet bill.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I came in the store to try the T-Mobile service. I was told we can cancel service anytime before 2 weeks is over for full refund. After 5 days I came to make a change on my account when I was told that I would need to pay full price for the phone of $1,000 just to switch from one plan to another. Afterwards I said I'll cancel the service to which I was told that I have to pay $70 restocking fee for each phone plus $1,000 for a full price of a one phone because we didn't end up being a customer for at least 2 years. I felt like the rep was trying to use force and scare tactics which gave me a very bad taste.I immediately requested to speak with a manager, who was super nice, and he ended up waiving the fees and making sure that everything was taken care of. I would definitely give the manager a five star for his kindness and compassion not only towards me but also the way I saw him treat others as well.
