Brendo and Christian have saved the day and my 20+ years of service with t-mobile. I came into the store for one more try at troubleshooting my network problems. Brendo knew the solution and ensured we got it right. These two helped navigate the replacing of the devices and now smoother service. Thanks, guys! My life is easy in communication now.Side note: buy your phones from tmobile, not manufacturers or amazon. Could save lots of problems later....

Can't remember the name of the young man who helped my son-in-law and I, but he was kind and helpful. The store was very busy, but he took his time to explain the internet system with us so we know just what to do when we got it home. We did what he told us, and we had it up and continued with all my electronics in no time. It hasn't skipped a beat yet. I would recommend their internet service to everyone.

Super slow service. I was told the wait would be 20min. An hour later we were still waiting. Then, the rep that was supposed to help us went to lunch so we left. Awful customer service. Dont visit this store unless you have a few hours to kill.

I’ve been wanting to switch to T Mobile for a while but I could not since my phone is still locked with my old provider, but JED E. (Mobile Expert) came to the rescue and made our transfer to T Mobile very easy. He even went above and beyond in helping us get the best deals in upgrading to new phones, trade ins, promotions and most of all have the best plan/line subscription there ever is. He is phenomenal!!! He is very knowledgeable, professional and very reliable in following up all your concerns. Our family could not thank him enough for his exceptional service. He definitely is a great asset to the T-Mobile team. More power to you and your team.

Jed is not very helpful at all. I understand retail sales has to be exhausting but if that is what you choose to do then at least try and act like you care about your customers. I could not have felt more unappreciated if they tried. Verizon here I come.

Been having Internet issues going on three weeks. Support is good but correcting the problem has been bothersome.

They lied and I now have to lose over 900 in credits to be able to go on a non refundable trip since they didn’t apply the credits like they were suppose to and I lose all the credits if I pay off my device. I will be switching as soon as I get the money.

Absolutely great service. I walked into purchase home internet and Kyle had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Customer service 10/10 hands down the easiest experience I've had with any cellular company.
