Let me start with a disclaimer; locations vary on quality of customer service however the one closest to me is egregious. My phone stopped working, 10 second simple google search diagnosed my phone had a broken battery. Go to get a new phone, instead of selling me a new phone they recommend a phone repair place near by as it's cheaper, cool. I let them hold on to it, they kept asking for more time, 10 days go by, they apologize & return it to me with 0 diagnosis. Waste of time. Go to get a new phone, again. Come to find out I have insurance, cool, get a new phone for free. Go to the website to file a claim, write out the problem & it stops proceeding and gives me a CS number to call, I call they send the phone to the nearest tmobile location (the one I'm referring) go to pick it up, they have an almost hostile demeanor to begin with as if I'm a scumbag for trying to get my phone replace when I've been willing to get a new phone the entire time but have been doing the cheaper route as suggested to me by their staff. The Lady ends up telling me I have to file a claim still but instead of mechanical say physical as the battery is damaged (like google suggested originally) she says it will take a couple more days to arrive (going on over 2 weeks without a phone now) and then suggests the phone repair place they originally suggested, even though they couldn't figure out it had a damaged battery after having it for 10 days. A hellish circle nightmare that makes me want to switch providers.

Store was very helpful. Went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. The team there will make you feel like family and make sure you have a good time while you're there.

Was here for over 30 mins while they tried to transfer stuff my old phone to new phone. Ended up at the town center location where they told me this store isn't an official T-Mobile store (still not sure what that means) and that they are unable to issue new devices here yet no one told me that.

Angel explained things to me and was the opposite of a pushy salesman. Made sure I got my Wi-Fi running before I left the store.

Came in there with my mother and was treated with awesome customer service by Trevon! My mom doesn’t really understand English very well, but he took the time to explain things to her. We were just there to do a phone switch out by insurance and he was so helpful with explaining to us about the different watches My mom showed interest in. We ended up leaving with an Apple Watch that my mom absolutely loves! Again, really appreciate the patience and time you spent with her! Extremely respectful and full of knowledge about T-Mobile products. Definitely will be the location. We conduct all our T-Mobile issues through. The whole team there just made it feel like a comfortable atmosphere.

Great store, Ana assisted with re-activating an account that was canceled. She showed patience and understanding especially after ATT tried ripping the parents off. AWESOME lady .. Thank you very much!

I believe his name is Joel. He has given some amazing customer service every time we have come to this store. Never an issue and he’s always knowledgeable of product and our needs.

This is the second time I went to this location and received nothing but poor service and very rude attitudes from employees at this location . Not only that they have talked to me in such a disrespectful way and lack of knowledge. On how the address and handle a customer with and issue . Before they will help you.I was told several times that they don’t have anything to do with my PIN number not working and I need to go take it up with customer care I tried to explain that’s what I have been doing in so many words I felt they was telling me to leave because they were not going to help me . They made it clear I was told it’s not our problem.

Brad (who states he is a manager) was extremely rude and unhelpful. He went out of his way to antagonize me when I asked for his name to contact corporate regarding how unprofessional he was communicating with my mother. I have never had such horrible service at T-Mobile. Please avoid at all costs.

Best store in Jax, the employees are all awesome, very attentive and always ready to help their customers. I always come to this store i will never go to any other location. I definitely recommend yall this location.

I really like the staff at this location. I am one of many Sprint customers caught in limbo with T-Mobile’s disastrous acquisition of Sprint. My daughter needed her screen protector replaced which was under warranty but T-Mobile was going to prevent me from getting a replacement at the store. Leanne and Angel found a way to help me at the store and saved me a huge headache.
