Ordered mobile order. App said they were open but when got to the restaurant they said they don't open till 10am when on their window it said 9am. But minutes before I saw them handing food in drive thru to another customer. So which is it?

My visit was good because the young lady at the counter was polite. But my gripe is.....why do we get charged extra for wanting an extra dolap of sour cream or guacamole when I NEVER receive it??!!! And I always ask when they hand me the abag. How flipping hard is it to read a screen and follow directions??? So Taco Bell can keep my $1.35 and the money from rest of customers that doesn't get the extras they pay for and put it all together and pay to retrain the employees.#dobetter#Iworkhardformymoney

Never ordering from this location again. I've had problems with them before and would normally go to another Taco Bell, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since its late and the closest Taco Bell. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered one of the boxes that came with a double stacked taco. All I asked for was no lettuce or Fiesta strips. THAT WAS THE MAJORITY OF MY TACO WAS WHEN I GOT IT. I also ordered a Chalupa Supreme, instead I got ANOTHER stacked taco (again being a majority of lettuce and strips.) They also gave attitude when we brought up we were missing a drink. Never coming back (even though I know yall don't care)

Food was great service qas awesome, I had a really big order and everything was correct, the General / district Manager Gary, noticed we were from out of town and saw it was my birthday and gave me a 25 cinnamon twists for my family..I even left something at the store which would have ruin my whole birthday if i had lost them , when i went back to the store, they had put them away for me...if you are ever in Jacksonville, find this Taco Bell for the great service and awesome food..Thanks guys for your EXCELLENT customer service

The food is as you would expect for fast food Mexican. The portions are right, however it's more expensive than it used to be (like everything is). Plan on $10 a person. They're open later than most places - til 1:00 AM

Gotbought 10 items costing 42 dollars. Food was cold and cinnamon twists were bitter leaving a awful taste in ur mouth after small bite. Inedible!

Overall, this is a good Taco Bell. I would not, however, advise to go within an hour or two before closing. I've been a couple of times when the employee had closed the drive-thru an hour early. You could see them sitting on the counter inside on their phone.

I order a number 7 in the menu. The chicken quesadilla with a taco. The taco was missing in my order and rhe server was not polite.
