Very nice store! The location is unusual, but I like it. It’s much better than trying to navigate your way through overpopulated malls.

This place has zero customer service skills. Went to get a gift card for a family member and since I didn't fit the profile they want they could care less. Rude bunch of old broads here.

This place is fantastic! Beautiful and unique ladies' clothes with an even more excellent Lady (Ms. Laura) who does not leave you alone in a big store with many varieties! She approached me with a smile, and after some quick questions, she offered me the most beautiful clothes I’ve ever had! Let me tell you something: I am a mom who usually wears loose T-shirts and jeans! Not very fancy...😅 I've been to many good boutiques and some of them made themselves busy when they saw me! Maybe they couldn't see me as an actual customer! Sometimes, they passed me on to each other to give me a service! That wasn't nice!!! 😬 but I felt so comfortable in that very store with this friendly and professional lady! And, of course, I pin that store as a favorite one!

I am a Talbots “ frequent flyer” and ever served on the Talbots Advisory Board for a time. This location makes shopping personal.
My particular favorite employee calls me by name, always goes above and beyond and is always pleasant. If you go ask for Ashley.
Yesterday I decided to try the Town Center store as I was in the area. It was terrible for customer service. I had to wait while one clerk complained about a former employer to a customer. When another employee came over to help me I noticed on the receipt that I did not get a discount for using my card (special promotion). When I asked about it the response was “I think it just goes on your card. I heard them talking about it yesterday”.
I decided to stop in Big Tree location and ask. Sure enough, she was wrong. Ashley called customer service and got my credit I should have received yesterday at Town Center.
Of course I bought several more dresses and a pair of pants here.
I will never go to St Johns Town Center store again. Customer Service is lacking these days and I have to say I don’t feel that at this store.

If I could leave no stars I would. I walked in today with my 4 year old son to purchase a gift card. I was not greeted by one person. I walked up to the counter, which no one was at and we waited patiently. Another customer came up behind me but then went over to the cash register on the opposite side. A sales associate (blonde hair, bun) walked over looked at me, gave me a dirty look and then turned her back on me to wait on the other customer. My son and I left. I don’t think I have ever been treated so rudely at a store and I can’t believe that Talbots tolerates this behavior. I read the other Google reviews and apparently poor service seems to be common place at this Talbots location.

I’ve walked in twice in the last 2 weeks to return online purchases & the same manager (darker skin) at the 10311 Big Tree Lane location has not acknowledged me, and has given me a dirty look, I have no idea why but can only think she’s downright rude! Today on my 2nd visit, she actually handled the return didn’t say good morning, didn’t even ask me why I was returning the sweater and just rude. I contained myself as I wanted to let her know she needs to find another job and stop being rude to customers and her elderly staff. Prefer the St Johns town center location as customer service is much better!

I shopping here with my wife and I do all of her corporate work clothes shopping g here as well. The staff always treat you well and are so very helpful especially at this location they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Love my Talbots.
