Why TARGET and all major grocery chains are always doing WAX on apples. Please STOP ruining our health. I shopped and ordered 5-6 times but all apples are waxed. I am stop shopping from Target. KINDLY TAKE THE HEALTH CARE SERIOUSLY.!!!!!

Dirty! The aisles were in disarray. The bathroom was atrocious! A couple of employees nearby were talking loudly about how they couldn’t be expected to “get all the items and get it done on time” and all I could think is that if they had time to complain maybe they had time to do their job…. Overall majorly disappointed in my experience at this location today..

Poor customer service here which reminds me of Walmart. They, “closed” one of two check out lanes here at 6pm when they’re open for another 3 hrs. Literally leaving 5 + people in the only other check out lane and the rest to stand in self check out. The woman closing the second land denied us service after checking one lady out telling us “my light is off”. I’m sorry but with Walmart having cheaper prices, if service is going to go down hill here, might as well just shop there.

I rarely go to this store because the Regency location is closer, but they were out of zephryhills water. I had to order it online and pick it up at the Town Center location.
Ali brought the water out and insisted on loading it in the car!
Unbelievable customer service and thanks to Ali for being a great team member!!!!!!!

This is a convenient location and the staff is exceptional however the store is to small , the lines are always long and the store is so hot I sweat at self check out if I’m there to long. The store should never be hotter inside than outside and please add 4 more self check out registers this location desperately needs it.

The item I needed is usually hard to find at other stores. I was able to go in Target at the St. John's Town Center, quickly find what I needed plus they had other options that I'd only heard about but never saw in person. In spite of there being traffic and chaos seemingly everywhere in the city today, there was only one person ahead of me in line so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Tonight I was really impressed with my experience with Beverly at the St. John town center.Beverly went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had the shopping assistance we needed with clothing. I truly appreciate all her help, knowledge, and patience. Please make sure to recognize her for her work. I'm thankful and I will be back because of her. I did share this on the app as well.

By far the worst target in Jacksonville. Never answers phone, always long lines for check out, and ordering pick up with take 6+ hours and you won’t be a priority.

This is the closest target to my home & also my favorite one! I got help from Sierra. I was looking for pliers and Sierra found me in the electronic section lol. She was so kind and took me all the way to the other side of Target just to show me where the Pliers are. She even asked about my day!! That was very kind. Thank you Target for always giving the best customer service.
